Casting Yard. (1) The Authority may provide an area of land suitable for use as a casting yard /works area near to the site upon request by the Contractor.
Casting Yard. (18) The Contractor has to make his own arrangements for a casting yard/works area(s) and other facilities without any liability to the Employer.
Casting Yard. The Contractor shall make his own Arrangements for the Construction and Maintenance of Casting Yard required for the Work. The Quoted Rate shall be deemed to be inclusive of the Element of Cost towards the above.
