Casual Employees Paid Sick Leave. (Effective January 2004) A casual employee who has worked a of one hundred and twelve and a half (1 hours per calendar month will earn one (1) sick leave day up to a maximum of days per non-cumulative.

Casual Employee Casual employee means a part-time employee who is not normally scheduled to work but who may be called in to work to provide coverage as required.
