Recyclable Materials Collection. No later than October 1, 2015, Contractor shall distribute 279 Recyclable Materials Containers and educational brochures or flyers informing Customers about 280 the proper use of such Containers to all Commercial and Multi-Family Customers subscribing to 281 Solid Waste Collection service with Contractor. Contractor’s default Container size shall be one (1) 282 96-gallon Cart for Customers subscribing to less than four (4) cubic yards of weekly Solid Waste 283 service and one (1) 3-cubic yard bin for Customers subscribing to four (4) cubic yards or more of 284 weekly Solid Waste. Contractor may substitute one type of default Container for another where it 285 best serves Customer needs, after consideration of factors such as amount of Recyclable Materials 286 generated, space constraints or logistics. Contractor shall Collect Recyclable Materials in 287 Contractor-provided Containers not less than one (1) time per week from Commercial Customers 288 and Transport all Recyclable Materials to the Approved Recyclable Materials Processing Facility for 289 Processing. 290 Containers: Carts, Bins, Drop Boxes, Compactors 291 Container Sizes: 96-gallon Carts; 3-- cubic yard Bins; and, 292 Drop Boxes or Compactors (as requested by Customer) 293 Service Frequency: Up to three (3) times per week but not less than one (1) time every 294 week, as requested by Xxxxxxxx 295 Service Location: Curbside or other Customer-selected service location at the Premises 296 Acceptable Materials: Recyclable Materials 297 Prohibited Materials: Solid Waste, Greenwaste, Food Waste, Excluded Waste 298 Additional Service: Upon request from Customer or County, Contractor shall provide 299 Recyclable Materials Collection service to Customers up to the 300 equivalent volume of Solid Waste Collection service subscribed by 301 Customer at no additional charge to Customer. Recyclable Materials Collection. Contractor shall provide Recyclable Materials Collection Services as follows: • Contractor shall collect Recyclable Materials from Recyclable Materials carts provided as part of this Agreement. • Standard service shall be a Large Cart o Residents can select a Medium Cart for no change in their monthly cost subject to Section 4.1 of the Agreement. • Collection shall be on the same day as Solid Waste collection. • At the City’s discretion, Contractor shall deliver Recyclable Materials to the Larimer County Recycling Center or the permitted recycling center of the Contractor’s choice for the pricing included in the Price Sheet (Exhibit B). City Representative shall notify the Contractor in writing with at least six (6) months prior written notice if the City elects to start or stop flow control of Recyclable Materials to the Larimer County Recycling Center. If such action takes place after one (1) year from the Service Commencement Date the Parties shall negotiate in good faith any resulting financial impacts and update Exhibit B. • Recyclable Materials shall not be landfilled unless the load is rejected from the recycling center due to contamination. If that occurs, Contractor shall notify the City Representative within one (1) business day with details of the incident / cause of the contamination. Contractor shall also include details and cause of the contamination incident in the regular report to the City Representative.

Contractor shall establish an “overages” program that allows Single−Family Customers to place additional mixed Recyclable Materials Curbside (in Customer−provided clear plastic bags) or cardboard (tied and bundled no larger than 3’ x 3’) adjacent to the Recyclable Materials Cart on their regularly− scheduled Collection day at no additional charge to the Customer.

Recyclable Materials Collection. Contractor shall Collect Recyclable Materials and/or Source Separated Recyclable Materials in Contractor−provided Containers not less than one (1) time per week from Commercial Customers and Transport all Recyclable Materials to the Approved Recyclable Materials Processing Facility for Processing or, at Contractor’s discretion, to any Person who will make a net payment to Contractor for the delivery of the Source−Separated Recyclable Materials. 00−, 00−, 00−, and 40− cubic yard Drop Boxes or Compactors (as requested by Customer) Service Frequency: Up to five (5) times per week but not less than one (1) time per week, as requested by Customer Contractor shall open and close gates, push and/or pull Containers, lock and unlock Containers, or perform other services as reasonably necessary to access and empty Containers (additional charge may apply). Contractor may assess a “contamination fee” per event for Customers who have repeatedly (no less than three times in a calendar year) placed more than ten percent (10%) by volume of prohibited materials in their Recyclable Materials Container. Prior to assessing such contamination fee, Contractor must provide targeted education (e.g. through the use of a tag on the Container) no less than three times to that specific Customer. Such education shall, at a minimum, notify the Customer of the specific materials that have been incorrectly placed and inform the Customer as to which Container the materials should be placed. Upon assessment of the contamination fee, Contractor shall document the presence of prohibited items through photographic record and make such documentation available to the Customer and/or City Contract Manager, upon request. Contractor shall document and report to the City Contract Manager and the MRWMD each instance where Contractor delivers Source Separated Recyclable Materials to a Person other than the Approved Recyclable Materials Processing Facility. Such report shall include the Person to whom the materials were delivered, the specific type of materials delivered (e.g., cardboard, metal etc.), the number of Tons, and the amount received in payment for the delivery.
Recyclable Materials Collection. The City currently has a "blue bag" program for recyclables. The City expects the Contractor to continue and improve this program. Customers will be required to place the bags curbside for collection.
Recyclable Materials Collection. CONTRACTOR, once each week, shall collect for recycling all tin, steel and aluminum cans, glass, newsprint, chipboard, corrugated cardboard, junk mail, glossy magazines, plastic (XXXX #1, HDPE #2, PVC #3, LDPE #4 and PP #5 Plastics only), and such other recyclable materials as by mutual agreement with the VILLAGE have from time to time been included in the VILLAGE'S recycling program (the “Recyclable Materials”), according to the terms herein. The CONTRACTOR will pick up such Recyclable Materials as are deposited in recycling Carts from all Dwelling Units on the same day as Solid Waste is scheduled to be collected from such dwellings. The CONTRACTOR agrees to use its best efforts to sell all Recyclable Materials collected under this recycling program. No Recyclable Materials may be disposed at a landfill without the prior consent of the VILLAGE. The CONTRACTOR will retain all revenue derived from the sale of Recyclable Materials.
Recyclable Materials Collection. The Provider shall provide their customers with recyclable material collection.
(1) The Provider shall accurately account for the quantity (in tons) of recyclable material collected within the City pursuant to this Agreement. Quantities (in tons) of recyclable material collected shall be made available to the City on a monthly basis and upon request when needed for grant applications or auditing purposes. The City shall retain the right to make periodic inspections of the Provider's facilities and equipment in order to verify quantities of recyclable material collected.
(2) The Provider will promote the recycling program. The Provider will design promotional events and educational programs and prepare promotional materials such as letters and/or flyers for customer distribution.
