Special Service. Networks The following services must be received from special service network providers in order to be covered. All terms and conditions outlined in the Summary of Benefits apply.
(a) Mental health services -- inpatient or outpatient.
(b) Chemical dependency services inpatient and outpatient.
(c) Chiropractic services.
(d) Transplant coverage.
(e) Cardiac services.
(f) Home infusion therapy.
Special Service. 19.1 If the Cardholder wishes to acquire, and RHB Islamic Bank agrees to provide, the Smart Instalment Programme services, the Smart Move Programme services and/or the Smart Pay Programme services or such other special services from time to time introduced by RHB Islamic Bank (collectively the “Special Services”), this Agreement and any other additional terms that apply to the relevant Special Services as requested by the Cardholder as specified by RHB Islamic Bank at its discretion from time to time shall apply.
19.2 RHB Islamic Bank will provide the Special Services in accordance with: 19.2.1this Agreement;
Special Service. The Bus Company shall be a non– exclusive provider of transportation services to stu- dents attending special–education programs within the District and the special–education programs outside of the District to which the District provides bus service. PARENT CONTRACT OPTION Notwithstanding Section 12.01 above, Tthe District retains its right to fulfill its transportation obligations to public, private and parochial students through the issuance of Parent Contracts with the students' parents in lieu of providing bus service, or the like. Bus drivers and/or the Bus Company cannot contract with parents for parent transportation contracts. CONTRACTS WITH PRIVATE SCHOOLS The District may contract with a private or parochial school for the transportation of its students residing within the District. In such cases, the private or parochial school shall be entitled to the same rates and charges as are included in this Agreement between the District and the Bus Company, if the private or parochial school contracts with the Bus Company.
Special Service. A Special Service leave shall be granted [up to two (2) years] to any bargaining unit member who joins the Peace Corps, VISTA, National Teacher Corps, or who serves as an exchange teacher and is a full time participant in such a program. Bargaining unit members must apply to the Assistant Superintendent for Human Resources by May 1.
A. Upon return from such leave, a bargaining unit member shall be considered as if he/she were actively employed in the District during the period of his/her absence and, for salary purposes, shall be given one (1) year’s credit for each year of satisfactory service in the organization.
B. The bargaining unit member is entitled to all insurance benefits available through this contract providing that he/ she pays one hundred percent (100%) of the district cost. Such payment will be made in full within sixty (60) days of the initiation of said leave. For leaves extending beyond one (1) year such payment must be made in full within sixty (60) days of the renewal of said leave.
Special Service. Where special work is performed outside of regular work period and extra compensation agreed upon, overtime shall not apply.
Special Service. (1) Engineer who is in regularly assigned service or set up in pool service and is held for special service will be compensated to the extent of wages which they would have earned except for their absence as a result of such call.
(2) Engineer who is on spare board while held for special service, if time lost, 8 hours to be allowed per day of 24 hours at minimum passenger rates.
Special Service. 18.1 If the Cardholder wishes to acquire, and RHB Islamic Bank agrees to provide, the Smart Instalment Programme services, the Smart Move Programme services and/or the Smart Pay Programme services or such other special services from time to time introduced by RHB Islamic Bank (collectively the “Special Services”), the Terms and Conditions of this Agreement, this Clause 17 and any other additional terms that apply to the relevant Special Services as requested by the Cardholder as specified by RHB Islamic Bank at its discretion from time to time shall apply.
18.2 RHB Islamic Bank will provide the Special Services in accordance with:
a) this Agreement;
b) this Clause 17; and
c) any other additional terms that apply to the relevant Special Services as specified by RHB Islamic Bank at its discretion from time to time when:
i. the Cardholder submits an application form for the relevant Special Service, if such a form is prescribed by RHB Islamic Bank.
ii. the application form, if any, is in form and substance satisfactory to RHB Islamic Bank and accompanied by the relevant documents required by RHB Islamic Bank and is received and accepted by RHB Islamic Bank.
Special Service. The Company may agree, but shall not be obliged, to provide other levels of service response. The details of such agreed levels of response shall be set out in writing by us and referred to on the face of the Contract.
Special Service. Special Service is service that is not on a route published in Sound Transit’s Ride the Wave Transit Guide or other Sound Transit bus schedule, which operates off-route of any publicized service. Xxxxxx Transit, to the extent its resources will allow, will operate Sound Transit buses for Special Service when requested. The services will include buses, operators and other appropriate personnel. Compensation will be made at the price agreed to under Subsection 12.1. Sound Transit is not obligated to use Xxxxxx Transit for this purpose and may use other partner or third-party contract for this purpose. Sounder commuter rail backup service (bus bridging) is a type of Special Service. Sound Transit acknowledges that some training for Xxxxxx Transit personnel may be necessary in order to provide bridging service. Sound Transit will pay for the cost of any specialized training Sound Transit agrees is needed in accord with Paragraph 3.5 of this agreement. For Sounder bus bridges, when passengers must be moved from train to bus or bus to train, Sound Transit will be responsible for directing its customers to the bus or train service.
Special Service unit members being evaluated shall be given a minimum of two (2) days notice prior to the initial observation. This observation shall be no less than twenty (20) minutes. After the initial observation, both scheduled and unscheduled observations may be part of the evaluation process.
