Statement of Work, subsection B. paragraph 14(a), above, the Requesting Party certifies that access to DMF information is appropriate based on the following specific purpose (please describe the legitimate purpose): Law enforcement. 2. A Requesting Party who is a Certified Person may only disclose the deceased date of an individual pursuant to the Requesting Party’s obligations under 15 CFR §1110.102.
Certification Information. 12.1 Applicant hereby grants TIBCO Software Inc., its licensees, successors, and assigns (collectively “TIBCO”) the right to publish and release Applicant’s name, the state/province and country of residence, and past and present certification status under the TIBCO Certified Professional Program (collectively “Certification Information”) in print and electronic versions of a worldwide directory of TIBCO Certified Professionals.
12.2 The Certification Information provided to TIBCO will not be considered confidential or proprietary and will not be subject to any confidentiality obligations and TIBCO may disclose, use or publish any Certification Information for any purpose. Certification Information may be transmitted outside the country of residence or in which the Applicant has taken the examination. Applicant acknowledge that data protection regulations in other countries, including without limitation the United States, may not fully correspond with data protection regulations in Applicant’s country of residence and may provide less protection.
12.3 Applicant releases TIBCO, its subsidiaries and affiliates and their employees, successors, and assigns from any claims of damages for libel, slander, invasion of rights of privacy or publicity, and any other claim based on the publication, release or accuracy of any Certification Information as specified in this Agreement or as published by TIBCO. This Release shall be binding upon Applicant and Applicant’s heirs, legal representatives, and assigns.
Certification Information. This certification is to be used by contractors pursuant to 49 CFR 29 when any of the following occur: • any transaction between the contractor and a person (other than a procurement contract for goods and services), regardless of type, under a primary covered transaction. • any procurement contract for goods or services when the estimated cost is $25,000 or more. • any procurement contract for goods or services between the contractor and a person, regardless of the amount, under which the person will have a critical influence on or substantive control over that covered transaction. Such persons include principal investigators and providers of federally required audit services. A procurement transaction is the process of acquiring goods and services. A nonprocurement transaction is the granting of financial assistance to entities to assist the grantor in meeting objectives that are mutually beneficial to the grantee and grantor.
