Cessation of Construction. Any cessation at any time in the construction of the Improvements for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, except for strikes, acts of God, or other causes beyond the Company’s control, or any cessation at any time in construction of the Improvements for more than thirty (30) consecutive days, regardless of the cause.
Cessation of Construction. Cessation of the work of construction prior to the Completion of the Facility for a continuous period of 20 days or more (except to the extent due to Force Majeure Causes); or the obtaining by any Person of any order or decree in any court of competent jurisdiction enjoining the construction of any part of the Facility which order or decree is not vacated within 30 days after the granting of such order or decree;
Cessation of Construction. Prior to the completion of construction of the Improvements and equipping of the Project, the construction of the Improvements or the equipping of the Project is abandoned or work thereon ceases for a period of more than ten (10) days for any reason other than unforeseeable weather condition or force majeure, or the Improvements are not completed for purposes of final payment to the General Contractor prior to May 29, 2016, regardless of the reason for the delay.
Cessation of Construction. Prior to the completion of construction of the Improvements and equipping of the Project, the construction of the Improvements or the equipping of the Project is abandoned or work thereon ceases for a period of more than ten (10) days for any reason, or the Improvements are not completed for purposes of final payment to the General Contractor prior to August 1, 2003, regardless of the reason for the delay. TRANSFER OF PROPERTY. Sale, transfer, hypothecation, assignment, or conveyance of the Property or the Improvements or any portion thereof or interest therein by Borrower or any Borrower without Lender's prior written consent.
Cessation of Construction. The cessation of the construction of the Improvements for more than 15 days without the written consent of TMCC. However, delays by reason of Force Majeure shall not be counted as part of said 15 days.
Cessation of Construction. After construction of Improvements of a Unit commences, the cessation of the construction of the Improvements of that Unit for more than 45 cumulative days without the prior written consent of Lender; provided, however, the days during which there is no construction by reason of Force Majeure shall not be counted towards the 45 days.
Cessation of Construction. Construction of the Expansion Project is abandoned or halted prior to completion for any period of fourteen (14) consecutive days for any reason other than force majeure; or
Cessation of Construction. For the period commencing on the date of the first advance hereunder through the Outside Completion Date, there is any cessation of construction of Borrower's Work for any period after the date construction commences in excess of 60 successive calendar days, unless the conditions of each of subparagraphs (i), (ii), (iii) and (iv) of this subparagraph shall be satisfied at all times during such cessation:
Cessation of Construction. If Lender reasonably determines that the ------------------------- Work is not being performed in accordance with the Plans and Specifications, the Requirements, or the Loan Documents, Lender may order all Work affected by the condition of nonconformance immediately stopped. After that order, Borrower shall not allow any Work, other than corrective work, to be performed on any of the Property or Improvements affected by the condition of nonconformance until Lender notifies Borrower in writing that the nonconforming condition has been corrected, which notice shall be provided by Lender promptly after completion of the corrective work and receipt of notice from Borrower that such work has been completed.
Cessation of Construction. The Owner or Contractor ceases construction of the Project for more than 30 consecutive calendar days. The Board of Health may waive this event of default upon application of the Owner and a demonstration that such cessation occurred because of an Act of God, governmental order or restriction, fire or other casualty, or other causes beyond Owner’s reasonable control.
