Cumulative Days. Annually, on the effective date of this Contract each certified/licensed personnel shall be credited with thirteen (13) days sick leave plus such leave as he/she has accumulated since September, 1953, to a total maximum of 165 days. Days in excess of 150 without limitation will be accumulated for termination compensation as noted in Article VIII. Leave for the current year shall be considered as distinct from accumulated leave. Leave for the current year shall be called current. Accumulated leave shall be called the bank and any calculations of leave shall be deducted first from the current and then from the bank.

Cumulative Days. Such a stay set forth in Section 6.5.2 will reduce the number of cumulative days of care that you are eligible to receive without additional charge pursuant to Section 6.2. If you choose to stay in a health center or assisted living facility not designated by us your stay will not reduce the number of cumulative days of care that you are eligible to receive without additional charge pursuant to Section 6.2.
Cumulative Days. 1. Administrators will be allowed to accumulate days up to one full year of employment (202 days for 10 ½ months, 222 days for 12 months) at the rate of 1 day per month, worked in the Riverhead Central School District plus 4 days at the beginning of each fiscal year (e.g. 12 month employees get a maximum each year of 4 + 12 = 16, 10 ½ month get a maximum each year of 4 + 10 = 14 ½). This bank of days is for future personal illness and other use approved by the Superintendent should they be needed. An Administrator employed during the fiscal year will have cumulative days pro-rated relative to his/her position. 2. Teachers within the Riverhead Central School District who move into administration, defined as represented by the Riverhead Administrators’ Association Unit, shall carry over their then present accumulation up to a total of 180 days. Administrators will not have deductions made from salary for days in excess of accumulated sick leave. After 90 days of sickness beyond their accumulated sick days, the Board of Education reserves the right to consider an extension of sick days, ask the Administrator to take a leave of absence or ask the Administrator to consider a disability retirement. 3. Requests for all other absences from the normal work schedule (personal, family, religious, etc.) must be approved by the Superintendent of Schools and will be deducted, except for religious, from the Administrator’s accumulation. Requests must be submitted, in writing, except in emergencies. 4. Participation in various educational forums, conferences and service with professional educational organizations is encouraged. Such participation is subject to the approval of the Superintendent and is not deductible.

  • Cumulative Sick Leave The normal cumulative sick leave allowance each year shall be ten (10) days for employees on thirty-eight (38) through forty-two (42) week assignments. Teachers on eleven (11) and twelve (12) month assignments shall receive one (1) day per month up to a maximum of twelve (12) days each year. A teacher shall be permitted to carry forward the unused portion of sick leave without limit. The balance of accumulated sick leave shall be printed on the teacher's bi-weekly statement of earnings.

  • Allocations During the Early Amortization Period During the Early Amortization Period, an amount equal to the product of (A) the Principal Allocation Percentage and (B) the Series 1997-1 Allocation Percentage and (C) the aggregate amount of Collections of Principal Receivables deposited in the Collection Account on such Deposit Date, shall be allocated to the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders and retained in the Collection Account until applied as provided herein; provided, however, that after the date on which an amount of such Collections equal to the Adjusted Invested Amount has been deposited into the Collection Account and allocated to the Series 1997-1 Certificateholders, such amount shall be first, if any other Principal Sharing Series is outstanding and in its amortization period or accumulation period, retained in the Collection Account for application, to the extent necessary, as Shared Principal Collections on the related Distribution Date, and second paid to the Holders of the Transferor Certificates only if the Transferor Amount on such date is greater than the Required Transferor Amount (after giving effect to all Principal Receivables transferred to the Trust on such day) and otherwise shall be deposited in the Special Funding Account.

  • Maximum Charges In no event whatsoever shall interest and other charges charged hereunder exceed the highest rate permissible under law. In the event interest and other charges as computed hereunder would otherwise exceed the highest rate permitted under law, such excess amount shall be first applied to any unpaid principal balance owed by Borrowers, and if the then remaining excess amount is greater than the previously unpaid principal balance, Lenders shall promptly refund such excess amount to Borrowers and the provisions hereof shall be deemed amended to provide for such permissible rate.

  • End of Fiscal Years; Fiscal Quarters The Borrower will cause (i) its and each of its Domestic Subsidiaries’ fiscal years to end on December 31 of each calendar year and (ii) its and each of its Domestic Subsidiaries’ fiscal quarters to end on March 31, June 30, September 30 and December 31 of each calendar year.

  • ELECTION DAYS No wages shall be deducted for time lost on election days. The regular work schedule will prevail for Federal and Provincial elections.
