Change in Registrar Sponsoring Domain Name. Registrar may assume sponsorship of a Registered Name Holder's existing domain name registration from another registrar by following the Transfer Policy.
(a) For each transfer of the sponsorship of a domain-name registration under the Transfer Policy, Registrar agrees to pay VNDS the renewal registration fee associated with a one-year extension, as set forth above. The losing registrar's Registration Fees will not be refunded as a result of any such transfer.
(b) For a transfer approved by ICANN under Part B of the Transfer Policy, Registrar agrees to pay VNDS US $0 (for transfers of 50,000 names or fewer) or US $50,000 (for transfers of more than 50,000 names). Fees under this Section 5.2 shall be due immediately upon receipt of VNDS's invoice pursuant to the Payment Security.
Change in Registrar Sponsoring Domain Name. Registrar may assume sponsorship of a Registered Name Holder's existing domain name registration from another registrar by following the Transfer Policy.
(a) For each transfer of the sponsorship of a domain-name registration under the Transfer Policy, Registrar agrees to pay Registry Operator the renewal registration fee associated with a one-year extension, as set in Exhibit E. The losing registrar's Registration Fees will not be refunded as a result of any such transfer.
Change in Registrar Sponsoring Domain Name. Registrar may assume sponsorship of a Registered Name Holder's existing domain name registration from another registrar by following the Transfer Policy. Vox Populi will allow and support bulk transfer to Registrar, at no charge, and without extension of the registration term.
(a) For each transfer of the sponsorship of a domain-name registration under the Transfer Policy, Registrar agrees to pay Vox Populi the renewal registration fee associated with a one-year extension. The losing registrar's Registration Fees will not be refunded as a result of any such transfer.
(b) For a transfer approved by ICANN under Part B of the Transfer Policy, Registrar agrees to pay Vox Populi US $0 (for transfers of 50,000 names or fewer) or US $50,000 (for transfers of more than 50,000 names). Fees under this Section 5.2 shall be due immediately upon receipt of Vox Populi's invoice pursuant to the Payment Security.
Change in Registrar Sponsoring Domain Name. When transferring sponsorship of a Registered Name to or from another registrar, Registrar shall comply with ICANN’s Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy, as revised from time to time by ICANN.
Change in Registrar Sponsoring Domain Name. Registrar may assume sponsorship of a SLD holder's existing domain name registration from another registrar by following the policy set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement. Registrar agrees to pay NSI the applicable Registration Fee as set forth above. For transfers taking place after January 15, 2000, this shall result in a corresponding extension of the existing registration. The losing registrar's Registration Fees will not be refunded as a result of any such transfer.
Change in Registrar Sponsoring Domain Name. The Registrar may assume sponsorship of a Registrant’s existing domain name registration from another Registrar by following the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy.
i. For each transfer of the sponsorship of a domain-name registration under the Inter- Registrar Transfer Policy, the Registrar agrees to pay the Registry the renewal registration fee associated with a one-year extension. The losing Registrar’s Registration Fees will not be refunded as a result of any such transfer. The Registry reserves the right to charge transfer and other fees, as appropriate, with 180 days’ written notice; or
ii. For a transfer approved by ICANN under the Inter-Registrar Transfer Policy, the Registrar agrees to pay the Registry the equivalent of a one-year registration fee for each domain-name transferred.
Change in Registrar Sponsoring Domain Name. Registrar may assume sponsorship of a Registrant’s existing domain name registration from another registrar by following the policy set forth in Exhibit F. When transferring sponsorship of a Registered Name to or from another registrar, Registrar shall comply with the requirements of Exhibit F.
3.11.1 Registrars shall not provide identical Registrar-generated <authinfo> codes for domain names registered by different registrants with the same Registrar. xxxx.xx Administrator in its sole discretion may choose to modify <authinfo> codes for a given domain and shall notify the sponsoring registrar of such modifications via EPP compliant mechanisms (i.e. EPP<poll> or EPP<domain:Info>).
3.11.2 The Registrar shall be required to provide the Registrant with timely access to the authorization code along with the ability to modify the authorization code. Registrar shall respond to any inquiry by a Registrant regarding access and/or modification within three (3) days. Failure of Registrar to timely respond to a Registrant authorization code inquiry shall constitute an incurable material breach of this Agreement.
Change in Registrar Sponsoring Domain Name. Registrar may assume sponsorship of a Registrant’s existing domain name registration from another registrar using the Registry Gateway by following the policy set forth in Exhibit B. When transferring sponsorship of a Registered Name to or from another registrar using the Registry Gateway, Registrar shall comply with the requirements of Exhibit B. In addition, to those requirements contained in Exhibit B, the following shall apply:
3.11.1. Registrars may only transfer a domain name to or from another Registrar that is headquartered, or controlled by an entity located, outside of China. Registrars may not transfer a Registered Name to or from a Registrar that is headquartered, or controlled by an entity located, inside China.
3.11.2. Registrars shall not provide identical Registrar-generated <authinfo> codes for domain names registered by different registrants with the same Registrar. NeuStar in its sole discretion may choose to modify <authinfo> codes for a given domain and shall notify the sponsoring registrar of such modifications via EPP compliant mechanisms (i.e. EPP<poll> or EPP<domain:Info>).
3.11.3. The Registrar shall be required to provide the Registered Name Holder with timely access to the authorization code along with the ability to modify the authorization code. Registrar shall respond to any inquiry by a Registered Name Holder regarding access and/or modification within three (3) days. Failure of Registrar to timely respond to a Registered Name Holder authorization code inquiry shall constitute an incurable material breach of this Agreement.
Change in Registrar Sponsoring Domain Name. Registrar may assume sponsorship of an Registered Name holder’s existing domain name registration from another registrar by following the policy set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement.
(a) For each transfer of the sponsorship of a domain-name registration under Part A of Exhibit B, Registrar agrees to pay VGRS the renewal registration fee associated with a one-year extension, as set forth above. The losing registrar’s Registration Fees will not be refunded as a result of any such transfer.
(b) For a transfer approved by ICANN under Part B of Exhibit B, Registrar agrees to pay VGRS US$ 0 (for transfers of 50,000 names or fewer) or US$ 50,000 (for transfers of more than 50,000 names). Fees under this Section 5.2 shall be due immediately upon receipt of VGRS’s invoice pursuant to a letter of credit, deposit account, or other acceptable credit terms agreed by the Parties.
Change in Registrar Sponsoring Domain Name. Registrar may assume sponsorship of an domain name holder's existing domain name registration from another registrar by following the policy set forth in Exhibit B to this Agreement. Registrar agrees to pay GNR the applicable Fee as set forth above. This shall result in a corresponding extension of the existing registration, provided that in no event shall the total unexpired term of a registration exceed ten (10) years. The losing registrar's Fees will not be refunded as a result of any such transfer.
