Change Leadership. Virginia Tech is looking ahead to the future from a position of strength in the higher education landscape, but it recognizes the opportunities and need for agility and continued innovation to remain competitive, sustain its success, and fulfill its historic mission. AASCU Consulting can engage leadership teams to position the team and the University to leverage the opportunities before it, to be agile in adapting to the changing environment for higher education and how we work, and advance execution on its bold, transformational strategic plan.
