Change of Plan Sample Clauses

Change of Plan. All changes of Retraining and Study Leave plans following approval of the original plan must be filed on the appropriate form. Changes will be authorized only if in conformance with established criteria. Disapproval of change could result in failure to meet leave requirements; therefore, request for change approval should be filed prior to change.

Change of Plan. 8.1 TAMPA BAY WATER shall have the absolute right to terminate, suspend, or amend the Services or the Project at any time and for any reason, and such action on its part shall not be deemed a default or breach of this Agreement. Any such termination, suspension or amendment of the Services or the Project by TAMPA BAY WATER shall be in writing. 8.2 In the event the Services or Project is entirely or partly suspended for one or more periods of time, there shall be no claim for compensation for the suspended period(s). Upon resumption of the Services or Project, CONSULTANT shall resume the Services until the Services are completed in accordance with this Agreement, and the time for completion of the Services which were suspended shall be extended for the period of the suspension. If the cumulative total of such suspensions, excluding periods of suspension during the design phase, is 270 days or less, the extension of time shall be CONSULTANT’s sole remedy. If the cumulative total of such suspensions is more than 270 days, CONSULTANT’s sole remedy shall be to terminate this Agreement pursuant to Article 9. 8.3 If TAMPA BAY WATER amends the Services and CONSULTANT is of the opinion that Additional Services are made necessary as a result thereof, the provisions of Article

Change of Plan. (a) USB reserves the right to modify, reject, cancel, or stop any and all plans, schedules, or work in progress; and in such event, Contractor shall immediately take proper steps to carry out USB’s instructions. Modifications, rejections, cancellations or instructions to stop activity shall be confirmed in writing by USB to the Contractor within twenty-four (24) hours. (b) If, prior to receipt of such written notice Contractor has entered into any firm and non-cancelable authorized commitments on behalf of USB, in accordance with this Agreement, USB shall be responsible for all such commitments and shall hold Contractor harmless for any losses, claims, expenses and liabilities, including reasonable attorney’s fees, resulting from these commitments. (c) Nothing in Section 2.8 supersedes the termination clause in Section 2.5.
Change of Plan. The Owner may change this Policy to any perma- nent life insurance plan agreed to by the Owner and the Company by: • paying the required costs; and • meeting any other conditions set by the Com- pany.
Change of Plan. No change in the Plan shall be valid until approved by an officer of the Company and endorsed on or attached to the Plan. No agent can change the Plan or waive any of its provisions. A 30-day notice will be given should there be any change in this Plan.
Change of PlanThe Company and Compensation Committee have the discretion to change the terms and conditions of the Plan. However, the change shall not be to the detriment of the Employees participating in the Plan and shall have effect only after complying with the conditions specified in the SEBI ESOP Guidelines.
