CHANGES TO APPROVED WORK CALENDAR. Changes in the approved work calendar for that year shall be made only after consultation between the Association and the Superintendent, except in an emergency situation involving the health and safety of the students and the staff.

  • Five Day Work Week Schedule When working under the five (5) day work week schedule, Employees shall receive one and one-half (1.5x) times their regular rate of pay for the first two (2) hours of overtime Monday through Friday. All other overtime Monday through Friday shall be paid at double time (2x).

  • Four Day Work Week Schedule i. When working under the four (4) day work week schedule, Employees shall be paid at double time (2x) the regular hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of the regular ten (10) hours per day Monday through Thursday.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week shall be thirty-five (35) hours and is composed of five (5) consecutive standard work days.

  • Compensation for Holidays Falling Within Vacation Schedule If a paid holiday falls on or is observed during an employee's vacation period, he/she shall be allowed an additional vacation day with pay at a time mutually agreed upon by the Employer and employee.

  • Standard Work Day The standard work day for non-shift employees shall be seven (7) hours exclusive of the meal period.

  • REGULAR WORK YEAR FOR TEACHERS 20.1 The annual salary established for employees covered by this agreement shall be payable in respect of the teacher's regular work year.

  • Modified Work/Return to Work Programs The Hospital and the Union recognize the purpose of modified work/return to work programs, is to provide fair and consistent practices for accommodating nurses who have been ill, injured or permanently disabled, to enable their early and safe return to work.
