Changes to Coverage/Rates. If premium rates increase over the course of this Agreement, the parties agree to meet and discuss regarding the increase in premium cost for the purpose of discussing alternatives to maintain cost control, including, but not limited to, alternate insurance coverage and/or alternate means of providing coverage. The Union recognizes the right of the Employer to secure alternate insurance carriers and to modify insurance coverage, which measures may be used to maintain or lessen premium costs. It is further agreed and understood that during the term of this Agreement, that individual carriers/providers may, through no fault of the County, Union, or employees cease coverage. Should such occur, any employee adversely affected shall be given the opportunity to enroll with an alternative carrier or alternative coverage. Additionally, it is agreed and understood that during the term of this Agreement that specific carriers/providers under the plan may unilaterally institute payments or conditions which modifications will be required for subscription to that carrier/provider. All such changes would be referred to the insurance committee.

Changes to Coverage/Rates. If any changes to the plan or costs to employees change during the life of this agreement, such changes shall be reviewed by the insurance committee. The union shall be entitled to representation on the Insurance Committee.

  • Wage Rates Contractor shall post a copy of the wage rates at the job site and shall pay the adopted prevailing wage rates as a minimum. Pursuant to the provisions of Section 1773 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Board of Supervisors has obtained the general prevailing rate of per diem wages and the general prevailing rate for holiday and overtime work in this locality for each craft, classification, or type of xxxxxxx needed to execute this Contract from the Director of the Department of Industrial Relations. These rates are on file with the Clerk of the Board of Supervisors. Copies may be obtained at cost at the office of County's OC Public Works/OC Facilities & Asset Management/A&E Project Management or visit the website of the Department of Industrial Relations, Prevailing Wage Unit at xxx.xxx.xx.xxx/XXXX/XXX. The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Sections 1774, 1775, 1776 and 1813 of the Labor Code.

  • CLASSIFICATIONS AND WAGE RATES A current list of Field job classifications and applicable wage rates for the Nevada Irrigation District are set forth in the District Wage Schedule.

  • Mileage Rates The mileage rate shall be the maximum allowed by the Internal Revenue Service. If the IRS rate should change during the term of the contract, the contract rate shall change also on the date specified by the IRS.

  • Indirect Cost Rates The System Agency may acknowledge an indirect cost rate for Grantees that is utilized for all applicable contracts. Grantee will provide the necessary financial documents to determine the indirect cost rate in accordance with the Uniform Grant Guidance (UGG) and Uniform Grant Management Standards (UGMS).
