Changes to License Configuration. If Customer elects to increase or decrease Customer’s License Configuration by, for example, adding or decreasing additional Software components and/or option modules, or adding or decreasing the number of licensed seats or sites, Customer’s Fees may increase or decrease accordingly. The increase or decrease in the Fees will be invoiced to Customer and paid in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

The increase in the hosting rate will be invoiced to Customer and paid in accordance with the terms of the Agreement.

Changes to License Configuration. If Customer elects to increase Customer’s License Configuration by adding additional Software components, option modules, and/or Named Users, Customer’s monthly hosting fee may increase and Customer may be charged set- up fees for the installation, configuration and testing of the upgraded Hosting Environment equal to the increase in the monthly hosting rate for one month. The increase in the monthly hosting rate will be set forth in the Hosting Environment Amendment. The new monthly hosting fee and set up fee will be invoiced on the next monthly invoice following XXXX’s receipt of Customer’s signed Hosting Environment Amendment. Charges on such amendment will be co-terminus with the Hosting Term defined below in Section C3(a).

  • Configuration The configuration for the Purchase Right Aircraft will be the Detail Specification for Model 767-3S2F aircraft at the revision level in effect at the time of the Supplemental Agreement. Such Detail Specification will be revised to include (i) changes required to obtain required regulatory certificates and (ii) other changes as mutually agreed upon by Boeing and Customer.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.

  • Software License Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Viasat grants to you a personal, non-exclusive, non-assignable and non-transferable license to use and display the software provided by or on behalf of Viasat (including any updates) only for the purpose of accessing the Service ("Software") on any computer(s) on which you are the primary user or which you are authorized to use. Our Privacy Policies provide important information about the Software applications we utilize. Please read the terms very carefully, as they contain important disclosures about the use and security of data transmitted to and from your computer. Unauthorized copying of the Software, including, without limitation, software that has been modified, merged or included with the Software, or the written materials associated therewith, is expressly forbidden. You may not sublicense, assign, or transfer this license or the Software except as permitted in writing by Viasat. Any attempt to sublicense, assign or transfer any of the rights, duties or obligations under this license is void and may result in termination by Viasat of this Agreement and the license. You agree that you shall not copy or duplicate or permit anyone else to copy or duplicate any part of the Software, or create or attempt to create, or permit others to create or attempt to create, by reverse engineering or otherwise, the source programs or any part thereof from the object programs or from other information made available under this Agreement.

  • Technical Specifications The Technical Specifications furnished on the CD are intended to establish the standards for quality, performance and technical requirements for all labor, workmanship, material, methods and equipment necessary to complete the Work. When specifications and drawings are provided or referenced by the County, these are to be considered part of the Scope of Work, and to be specifically documented in the Detailed Scope of Work. For convenience, the County supplied specifications, if any, and the Technical Specifications furnished on the CD.

  • Technical Support Services 2.1 The technical support services (the "Services"): Party A agrees to provide to Party B the relevant services requested by Party B, which are specified in Exhibit 1 attached hereto ("Exhibit 1").
