Changes to Scope. Any changes to the scope of work under a Statement of Work shall be made by written change order or amendment to the Statement of Work signed by an authorized representative of each party prior to implementation of such changes.

Changes to Scope. The BPU may request changes in the scope of the services to be performed hereunder. Such changes, including any increase or decrease in the amount of the funds provided herein, shall be mutually agreed upon by and between the BPU and award recipient, and must be incorporated in written amendments to this Agreement.

The GOVERNMENTAL ENTITY shall have the right to increase or reduce the scope of the services of CONSULTANT hereunder at any time and for any reason, upon written notice to CONSULTANT specifying the nature and extent of such reduction or increases. The work of revising documents as a result of reduction in scope of the project shall be compensated for as a change as provided in this Agreement.

All modifications to a specific SOW shall be in writing specifying the necessary changes to the SOW, the expected completion dates and the cost (“Change Order”).
