Changes to Scope. Any changes to the scope of work under a Statement of Work shall be made by written change order or amendment to the Statement of Work signed by an authorized representative of each party prior to implementation of such changes.

Changes to Scope. Other than changes covered by clause 4.1, if either party wishes to change the scope of the PeoplesHR Services (including changing the scope of PeoplesHR Professional Services, or changing usage limits, or requests for additional modules or hosting services): 4.2.1. The party requesting the change shall submit to the other party written details of the requested change; 4.2.2. The Company shall; within reasonable time, give to the Customer a written estimate of: (i) the likely time required to implement the change; (ii) any variations to the Fees arising from the change; and (iii) any other impact of the change on the terms of this Agreement; 4.2.3. If the parties agree to proceed with the change, they will sign a written variation as an annexure to the existing Order Form (or a new Order Form) to implement the said change. If either a variation to the existing Order Form or a new Order Form is not executed, neither party is bound by the change.
Changes to Scope. Any requirement(s) or deviations from the scope of work or terms that are not specifically included and described in an SOW will be considered outside the scope and must be procured separately through a formal, written, signed amendment or change order to the SOW (“Change Order”) that may result in additional cost or modified terms.

Changes to Scope. The BPU may request changes in the scope of the services to be performed hereunder. Such changes, including any increase or decrease in the amount of the funds provided herein, shall be mutually agreed upon by and between the BPU and award recipient, and must be incorporated in written amendments to this Agreement.
