Kahawaii is mistaken. Tr. 6/17/21 at 58-59, 72-73. First, the 36- inch existing drainage pipe that was installed during the initial construction of the resort involved removing sixteen (16) feet of soil from the pre-construction existing grade (A- 8 As to the plans for the beach parking lot, Intervenors did not provide any KPA use evidence except for Xxxxxxxx who stated that no work should be done in that area because it is sensitive (Tr. 6/17/21 at 76-77), and xx Xxxx who stated that this area is not near the Southern kahawai (Tr. 6/17/21 at 123). 55d at 9, A-60a at 8, and Decl. Xxxxxx A-140c at § 4). The Project proposes to replace sixty (60) feet of the 36-inch drainage pipe and replace it with sixty (60) feet of a 36-inch perforated pipe in the same location that will be placed five (5) feet below the existing 36-inch drainage pipe, thus, the only new excavation in the area is going down five 5-feet in the area of the existing drainage pipe which is sixty (60) feet by five (5) feet (A-55b at C-210). The Project is not proposing a 60-inch perforated pipe going down twelve (12) to fifteen (15) feet. The Drainage Plan only shows a 36-inch retention system (A-31 at Figure 2):
