Common use of Charge of Sick Leave Clause in Contracts

Charge of Sick Leave. Sick leave used shall be charged in minimum units of one-tenth (1/10) hour. Employees shall be charged sick leave only for the days and hours for which they would have otherwise been regularly scheduled to work.
