Treasurer or Designee. If the grievance is still unresolved, it shall be presented by the Union to the Treasurer or designee in writing within ten (10) days after receipt of the Step 1 response or after the date such response was due, whichever is earlier. Within fifteen (15) days after the receipt of the written grievance, the parties shall meet in an attempt to resolve the grievance unless the parties mutually agree otherwise. The Step 2 grievance response shall be prepared by the Treasurer or designee. The response shall be issued by the Treasurer within fifteen (15) days of the meeting. Copies of the response shall be sent to the grievant, the xxxxxxx of record, and the staff representative assigned to the Treasurer’s Office.

  • President Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall preside at all meetings of the shareholders and of the Trustees. Unless the Trustees otherwise provide, the President shall be the chief executive officer.

  • Vice President In the absence of the President or in the event of the President’s inability to act, the Vice President, if any (or in the event there be more than one Vice President, the Vice Presidents in the order designated by the Directors, or in the absence of any designation, then in the order of their election), shall perform the duties of the President, and when so acting, shall have all the powers of and be subject to all the restrictions upon the President. The Vice Presidents, if any, shall perform such other duties and have such other powers as the Board may from time to time prescribe.
