Chemical biological, radiological and nuclear risk mitigation
1. The Parties shall enhance cooperation in the prevention of, reduction of, control of and response to chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear risks.
2. The Parties shall enhance cooperation with a view to strengthening institutional capacities in third countries to manage chemical, biological, radiological and nuclear risks.
Chemical. Chemical means any compound which, when suitably disseminated, produces incapacitating, damaging or lethal effects on people, animals, plants or material property.

Chemical mechanical or physical restraints except when authorized by individual's service plan and administered by appropriate personnel or when threat of injury to the client or other person exists.
Chemical physical and biological laboratory materials are disposed of in accordance with relevant policy and legislation. The following selection criteria are identified as being required to achieve the outcomes in the context of this position. Applicants will need to provide evidence of their capacity to transfer their knowledge and skills to achieving the outcomes of this position.
1. Demonstrated knowledge of general science to Year 12 level or equivalent knowledge or experience.
2. Demonstrated organisational and time management skills and ability to work independently.
3. Demonstrated good verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills.
4. Demonstrated ability to use computers and a range of application software packages.
5. Demonstrated knowledge of safe working practices, laboratory safety requirements and procedures and a willingness for further training related to safety.
Chemical. Free gardening is required. No synthetic chemicals including herbicides, pesticides or chemical fertilizers are allowed without approval of the garden manager and School District 123.

If the Upset Condition occurs and Chemical receives an Increase Notice, Chemical shall either accept or decline the Adjusted Merger Consideration by delivering written notice of its decision to O.A.K. at or before 5:00 pm Midland, Michigan time on the second Business Day after receipt of the Increase Notice (the "Acceptance Period"). If Chemical accepts the Adjusted Merger Consideration within the Acceptance Period, this Plan of Merger shall remain in effect in accordance with its terms except the Merger Consideration shall be equal to the Adjusted Merger Consideration. If Chemical declines the Adjusted Merger Consideration or fails to deliver written notice of its decision to accept or decline the Adjusted Merger Consideration within the Acceptance Period, the Merger shall be abandoned and this Agreement shall thereupon terminate without further action by O.A.K. or Chemical effective as of 5:00 pm Midland, Michigan time on the Business Day following the expiration of the Acceptance Period; provided, that if Chemical so declines the Adjusted Merger Consideration or fails to deliver written notice of its decision to accept or decline the Adjusted Merger Consideration within the Acceptance Period, O.A.K. may, by written notice delivered to Chemical at or before 5:00 pm Midland, Michigan time on the Business Day following the expiration of the Acceptance Period, elect to proceed with the Merger on the basis of the Merger Consideration set forth in Section 2.1.5, subject to applicable adjustment as provided in Section 2.2, and, upon such election, no abandonment of the Merger or termination of the Plan of Merger shall be deemed to have occurred, this Plan of Merger shall remain in effect in accordance with its terms, and the Closing shall thereafter occur, in accordance with the terms of this Plan of Merger.
Chemical. The Parties enter into this Settlement Agreement to settle disputed claims between the Parties as set forth below concerning the Parties’ and the Covered Products’ compliance with Proposition 65 (the “Dispute”).
