Common use of Chief Xxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Chief Xxxxxxx. (a) The Company acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or otherwise select from among the members of the Grievance Committee, a Chief Xxxxxxx. (b) The Company will recognize the Chief Xxxxxxx and/ or Plant Chairperson for the purpose of attending meetings with the Human Resources Administrator and the Operations Manager at Step 2 of the grievance procedure.
