Common use of Chief Xxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

Chief Xxxxxxx. C. The Union will furnish the Employer with the names of its stewards when elected and such changes as may occur from time to time in such personnel so that the Employer may at all times be advised as to the authority of the individual representatives of the Union with whom it may be dealing. Until the Employer has received written notice of changes from the Union, it shall not be required to deal with such employees purporting to be Union Xxxxxxx representatives.
