Child Sick Days and Absences. The client must notify the provider by 9:30 a.m. whenever a child won’t be coming to care due to illness or any other reason. If the client doesn’t provide that advance notice, the client will pay for the missed day(s) of care, regardless of any other terms in this contract. Please call 000-0000, ext 1405. Our extension can be reached before/after RTC hours by simply calling and entering our extension number; you can leave a message for after hours if needed ▪ No payment is required for days when a child is ill and contagious to other children and the client has called ahead to cancel their child for that day.
