Unused Days Sample Clauses
The "Unused Days" clause defines how any days that are not utilized under an agreement—such as paid leave, service days, or rental periods—are handled at the end of a contract or specified period. Typically, this clause will specify whether unused days can be carried over, forfeited, or compensated, and may outline any conditions or limitations for their use or reimbursement. Its core practical function is to provide clarity and prevent disputes by establishing clear rules for the disposition of unused days, ensuring both parties understand their rights and obligations regarding any time not taken or used.
