Choosing Rewards. In order to obtain a Reward, you must either: (a) have accumulated the required number of Points for a particular Reward at the time the redemption request is made; (b) supplement the Reward request with an additional charge to your Card Account; or (c) with respect to travel and event ticket Rewards, charge the total value of these Rewards to your Card Account. A redemption of a minimum one (1) point is required for Rewards, except for travel and event ticket Rewards. Please refer to the Site for more details. The number of Points required for each Reward as well as the total value of the Reward is set out on the Site. Unless otherwise indicated, all applicable taxes, handling charges, service charges and shipping/delivery charges are included in the value of the Reward.

  • Input Client shall be solely responsible for the input, transmission, or delivery to and from Fiserv of all information and data required by Fiserv to perform Services unless Client has retained Fiserv to handle such responsibilities, as specifically set forth in the Exhibits. The information and data shall be provided in a format and manner approved by Fiserv. Client will provide at its own expense or procure from Fiserv all equipment, computer software, communication lines, and interface devices required to access the Fiserv System. If Client has elected to provide such items itself, Fiserv shall provide Client with a list of compatible equipment and software; Client agrees to pay Fiserv's standard fee for recertification of the Fiserv System resulting therefrom.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the "Borrowing Agreement") with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point by 14:00 local time on 19th September 2021, then the team will be liable for the "Hire Costs" outlined below. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.

  • LEAD HANDS 28.01 Lead hands may be appointed by the Gallery from time to time as the Gallery in its discretion deems necessary. Lead hand responsibilities generally include assigning and monitoring work performance, scheduling, administration and resolving work-related problems. Such persons shall receive an additional one dollar ($ 1.00) per hour for each hour worked for the duration of the appointment. This lead hand premium will not form part of the employee's regular straight time hourly rate.

  • Negotiating Committee The Hospital agrees to recognize a Negotiating Committee comprised of representatives of the Association for the purpose of negotiating a renewal agreement. The number of nurses on the Negotiating Committee is set out in the Appendix of Local Provisions. The Hospital agrees to pay members of the Negotiating Committee for time spent during regular working hours in negotiations with the Hospital for a renewal agreement up to, but not including, arbitration.

  • Independent Legal and Tax Advice Optionee acknowledges that the Company has advised Optionee to obtain independent legal and tax advice regarding the grant and exercise of the Option and the disposition of any Shares acquired thereby.

  • PRE-JOB CONFERENCE a) The Employer shall notify the union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Prior to the start of each project, a pre-job conference shall be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in the Agreement. This conference may be conducted via telephone, through a scheduled meeting or by some other practical means as agreed to by the parties. b) A copy of the pre-job conference report shall be provided to the Employer, the Union and the Job Xxxxxxx (s). A copy shall also be posted on the bulletin board(s) at the jobsite.

  • Professional Conferences Professional conferences are those conferences sponsored by educational organizations, institutions of higher learning, and government and industry concerning teaching, learning and educational research. When a full-time or part-time faculty member’s attendance at a professional conference conflicts with his/her regular assignment, the faculty member must submit a request for attendance to the appropriate Xxxx, Director, or Supervisor. If granted, the attendance at the conference will be considered leave with pay, and a follow-up report of the conference shall be submitted to the appropriate Supervisor.

  • Local Negotiating Committee (a) A negotiating committee of four (4) employee representatives appointed by the union including the bargaining unit president. (b) The Employer shall pay representatives of the Negotiating Committee their respective salaries for all time lost from regularly scheduled hours negotiating the Collective Agreement and renewals thereof, up to and including conciliation and mediation. It is agreed that the employer is not responsible for accommodation, parking, transportation and food costs associated with the employee’s participation in bargaining. Mileage allowance provisions will remain status quo at all CCACs.
