Redeeming Points. Points are redeemable after two consecutive months of participation and are valid toward full PV products only. Points are generally equal to one wholesale dollar and may not be used toward shipping and taxes. While there is no limit to the number of points that can be earned on a monthly basis, a maximum of 350 points may be redeemed per month. Products purchased with Essential Rewards points are not eligible for personal or organizational volume. Points may be redeemed by contacting Member Services.
Redeeming Points. In order to redeem points, You must have a minimum of 1000 points earned, and You must be registered on the UChoose Rewards ® website. Points may only be redeemed by the Holder at specified levels for a variety of Cash Back, gift cards, merchandise, and travel. Specific gift cards, merchandise and travel are subject to availability and additional terms and conditions. You may redeem Your points for Cash Back as a statement credit. Account statement credits will reduce Your outstanding balance, but You may still be required to make at least Your minimum monthly payment.
Redeeming Points. Points are redeemable for rewards (“Rewards”) provided by third party merchants and offerors (“Reward Providers”). Company may receive compensation from Reward Providers for posting their reward offers in the Program. Compensation received by Company may play a part in whether Reward Providers and their offers appear on our site, where they are placed, and how we display them in the Program. Participation in this Program and the opportunity to earn and redeem Points is offered at the sole discretion of Company and subject to Participant compliance with this Agreement.
Redeeming Points. When purchasing items and/or services at a Participating Store, Member may choose to either redeem previously earned Points or continue saving Points to use on a future purchase of items and/or services. If Member elects to redeem earned Points, the Points will be converted into redemption dollars and the value of the redemption dollars will be deducted from the total price of the Member’s purchase of items and/or services from a Participating Store. Earned Points are converted into redemption dollars at the following tiers:
Redeeming Points. We display Company’s Points and redemption options in your Cledara Account. You may only redeem Points through your Cledara Account. Points are available for redemption no sooner than 30 days after they are earned. We may limit use of Points to specific authorised Users. Cledara is not responsible for and will not police the use of Points or redemption of Rewards by Users. You are solely responsible for any actions taken by Users to use Points, even if such use violates Company’s policies or rules, industry practice, ethics, or laws applicable to your specific business.
Redeeming Points a. You can redeem for available Rewards by going online at xxxxxxx.xxxx.xx or by calling HSBC Rewards Customer Care at 0-000-000-0000, unless otherwise stipulated in these Terms.
b. Points are available for redemption within 5 business days of your qualifying purchase, as set out in Section 4(a) of these Terms. You must redeem your Points during the operation of the Program and during the time that your Account is in good standing.
c. When you request your Reward, your Rewards Account will be debited the number of Points you are required to redeem for that Reward. Redemptions are non-refundable / non-returnable, except as provided in these Terms.
Redeeming Points. General
5.1 Who Can Redeem Points Only a Primary Cardholder has the right to redeem Points. If there is more than one (1) Primary Cardholder, any one
(1) Primary Cardholder can redeem Points and, by doing so, will be deemed to be acting as agent and on behalf, and with full authority, of all Primary Cardholders. In order to redeem Points, the Program must be active (meaning not cancelled by us) and the Card Account must be in Good Standing.
5.2 Where to Redeem Points You can redeem Points for any Rewards through the Site or by contacting us by phone at the ATB My Rewards Service Center.
5.3 Confidentiality Redeeming Points through the Site will require you to provide certain personal information to one or more trusted business partners of ATB. Such personal information is managed carefully by contract and according to applicable privacy legislation and, where required, rules of regulatory authorities or self-regulatory bodies, and will only be used by our business partners for the purpose of processing your redemption requests. By redeeming Points through the Site you acknowledge and agree that personal information held with a third party or agent in another province or country is subject to the laws of that jurisdiction and thus may be collected, used, or disclosed without your knowledge or consent where required or permitted by law.
Redeeming Points. 4.1. Provided that the Customer's relationship with Mashreqbank is active, in good standing and subject to Mashreqbank's approval, points may be redeemed through POS machines at selected merchant outlets; or towards the issuance of merchant-specific gift vouchers; or any other mediums/methods as determined by Mashreqbank in its sole and absolute discretion.
4.2. The Customer irrevocably and unconditionally authorizes Mashreqbank to act upon any instructions relating to the Mashreq Salaam Carats Reward Program that are received from the Customer for financial and non-financial transactions.
4.3. The Customer agrees to allow Mashreqbank to debit their points in relation to their redemption request. The Customer hereby authorizes Mashreqbank to immediately debit the Customer’s point pool upon the placement and confirmation of the redemption request.
4.4. Only points that are earned during a billing cycle are eligible for redemption. Mashreqbank records shall be final, conclusive and binding in respect of the number of points credited to a Customer for redemption. In case of any discrepancy relating to points, Mashreqbank’s decisions and records shall be final, conclusive and binding. The Mashreq Salaam Carats Reward redemption option through 3rd Party eCommerce website, Travel portal, POS machines and Gift Vouchers is regarded as a medium of purchase for goods and services offered through third-party merchant(s) and Mashreqbank will only serve as a liaison between the merchant and Customer. These goods and services shall be accepted by the Customer at his/her own risk and judgment. Any issues transpiring after the purchase of these goods and services is solely between the merchant and Customer, and Mashreqbank shall not be held liable.
4.5. Once redeemed, points are not exchangeable, returnable, refundable, or redeemable for cash or credit. Once a purchase order is submitted for redemption, it cannot be canceled, revoked, transferred or changed in any manner.
4.6. Only in the case of failed transactions or gift voucher delivery failure by the courier, may Mashreqbank consider the reversal of Mashreq Salaam Carats.
4.7. The Customer allows Mashreqbank to share Customer information with third party couriers, suppliers or merchants. Such information may include non-financial personal information that is required to effectively perform the duties and functions of the Mashreq Salaam Carats Reward program.
