Christmas/New Year’s Scheduling. The Employer agrees not to schedule members to work both Christmas and New Years. The employer will schedule members to work the holiday in a fair and equitable manner amongst the work group who normally perform the work, unless members volunteer or self-schedule themselves to work the holiday.
