Circulation of Vacation Preference Form. ‌ Vacation preference forms will be circulated by March 1st of each year and posted by April 1st of each year. An employee who does not exercise their seniority rights within two (2) weeks of receiving the vacation preference form shall not be entitled to exercise those rights in respect to any vacation time previously selected by an employee with less seniority. Vacation requests received after April 1st in any year shall be approved in accordance with this article within thirty (30) days of receipt of the request. A vacation period, once scheduled, will not be cancelled without the consent of the employee and cannot be rescheduled and/or exchanged without the consent of the Employer.
