STRIKES AND. In view of the arrangements provided by this Agreement for the disposition of any grievance as herein provided, the Company agrees that there will be no lock-out of employees and the Union agrees there will be no strike, sit-down or other action which interferes with work or operations, or picketing of any or form whatsoever, however peaceful.
STRIKES AND. There be no lockout by Employer and no interruption or impeding of work, work strike, sit-down, slow-down, or any other interferencewith production by any employee or during the life of this Agreement.
STRIKES AND. The Company agrees that will not cause or direct any lock-out of its employees and the Union and the employees in the Bargaining Unit agree that there will be no strikes or other collective action which will stop or interfere with production during the of this Agreement or any extension thereof. in the Labour Relations Act.
STRIKES AND. During the term of this Agreement, there shall be no lockouts by the Employer and no interruption or impeding of work, work stoppage, strike, sit-down, slow-down or any other interference with production by any employee or employees. Any employee who participates in any interruption or impeding of work, work stoppage, strike, sit-down, slow-down or any other interference with production may be disciplined by the Employer.
STRIKES AND. There shall be no lockout by the Employer and no strike by the employees during the life of this Agreement. No employee shall be required to cross any legal picket line or to do any struck work. No employee shall suffer a loss of pay or benefits as a result of a refusal to cross a legal picket line or a refusal to do any struck work. No employee shall be disciplined by the Employer for exercising rights contained in this Article.
STRIKES AND. The Company and the Union agree to abide by the Ontario Labour Relations Act in regards to strikes and lockouts.
STRIKES AND. There shall be no strikes or lockouts (as defined in the Canada Labour Code and accompanying regulations) during the life of this Agreement. Where an employee expresses a concern for their safety inattemptingto cross a picket line on the Airport Authority's premises, the Airport Authority will ensure a safe access to the workplace. If employees are preventedfrom performingtheir duties because of a strike or a lockouton the premises of another employer, the employees shall report the matter to the Airport Authority, and the Airport Authority will make every reasonable effort to ensure that such employees are employed elsewhere, so that they shall receive their regular pay and benefits to which they would normally be entitled. The Airport Authority shall not assign any employee work normally performed by a tenant's employee who are lawfully on strike or locked out. If an employee refuses to cross any picket line, the employee shall not be paid for the time not worked and the employee shall not be to discipline provided such employee, if working ina essential capacity such as duty or winter maintenance,makes provision for and ensures that another qualifiedemployee reports for the duty at the scheduled start- up of daily operations.
STRIKES AND. The Union agrees that during the term of this Agreement, there shall be no strikes, sitdowns, work stoppage, slowdown, or suspension of work, either complete or partial, for any reason by any employee or employees. There shall be no lockout by the Company.
STRIKES AND. During the life of this Agreement, there shall be no interruption or impeding of work, work stoppage, strike, sit down, or any other interference with production by any employee or Employer, nor shall there be any lockouts by the Employer.
