Claims Valuation. For the purpose of calculating the par value of the Notes and any affected series of debt securities which are to be aggregated with the Notes in accordance with Condition 14(c) (Multiple Series Aggregation – Single Limb Voting) and Condition 14(d) (Multiple Series Aggregation – Two Limb Voting), the Issuer may appoint a calculation agent (the “Calculation Agent”). The Issuer shall, with the approval of the Aggregation Agent (as defined below) and any appointed Calculation Agent, promulgate the methodology in accordance with which the Calculation Agent will calculate the par value of the Notes and such affected series of debt securities. In any such case where a Calculation Agent is appointed, the same person will be appointed as the Calculation Agent for the Notes and each other affected series of debt securities for these purposes, and the same methodology will be promulgated for each affected series of debt securities.

Claims Valuation. For the purpose of calculating the par value of the Bonds and any affected series of debt securities which are to be aggregated with the Bonds in accordance with paragraph (c) (Multiple Series Aggregation – Single limb voting) and paragraph (d) (Multiple Series Aggregation – Two limb voting), the Ministry of Finance may appoint a separate calculation agent (the “Voting Calculation Agent”). The Ministry of Finance shall, with the approval of the Aggregation Agent and any appointed Voting Calculation Agent, promulgate the methodology in accordance with which the par value of the Bonds and such affected series of debt securities will be calculated. In any such case where a Voting Calculation Agent is appointed, the same person will be appointed as the Voting Calculation Agent for the Bonds and each other affected series of debt securities for these purposes, and the same methodology will be promulgated for each affected series of debt securities.
Claims Valuation. Each Qualifying Program Claimant shall receive a monetary payment based (unless such Qualifying Program Claimant elects to receive a Fixed Payment pursuant to Section 3.3) on the number of Points awarded to such Qualifying Program Claimant during the Claim assessment process described in Section 3.2.1 (including Exhibit 3.2.1) and Section 3.4 (the “Points Award Process”) and the value of those Points as determined after all Qualifying Program Claimants have completed the Claims Valuation Process. The Points Award Process, together with the EI Payment process set forth in Section 4.2, may be referred to herein as the “Claims Valuation Process”.

  • Customs Valuation The Parties shall determine the customs value of goods traded between them in accordance with the provisions of Article VII of the GATT 1994 and the WTO Agreement on Implementation of Article VII of the GATT 1994.

  • Annual Valuation The Trust shall annually, at least 30 days prior to the anniversary date of establishment of the Fund, furnish to the Grantor and to the Agency a statement confirming the value of the Trust. Any securities in the Fund shall be valued at market value as of no more than 60 days prior to the anniversary date of establishment of the fund.   • Self-Evaluation Each regular faculty member shall provide a self-evaluation. It shall address, among other items, the faculty member's fulfillment of professional responsibilities as referenced in Section 18.2.3 and an assessment of his or her own performance.   • PROGRESS EVALUATION Engineer shall, from time to time during the progress of the Engineering Services, confer with County at County’s election. Engineer shall prepare and present such information as may be pertinent and necessary, or as may be reasonably requested by County, in order for County to evaluate features of the Engineering Services. At the request of County or Engineer, conferences shall be provided at Engineer's office, the offices of County, or at other locations designated by County. When requested by County, such conferences shall also include evaluation of the Engineering Services. County may, from time to time, require Engineer to appear and provide information to the Williamson County Commissioners Court. Should County determine that the progress in Engineering Services does not satisfy an applicable Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto, then County shall review same with Engineer to determine corrective action required. Engineer shall promptly advise County in writing of events which have or may have a significant impact upon the progress of the Engineering Services, including but not limited to the following: A. Problems, delays, adverse conditions which may materially affect the ability to meet the objectives of an applicable Work Authorization or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto, or preclude the attainment of Project Engineering Services units by established time periods; and such disclosure shall be accompanied by statement of actions taken or contemplated, and County assistance needed to resolve the situation, if any; and B. Favorable developments or events which enable meeting goals sooner than anticipated in relation to an applicable Work Authorization’s or any Supplemental Work Authorization related thereto.

  • Policy Grievance – Union Grievance The Union may institute a grievance alleging a general misinterpretation or violation of this Agreement by the Employer by submitting a written grievance at Step No. 1 within twenty (20) days after the circumstances have occurred. This section shall not apply to disciplinary grievances or application of competitive clauses under this Agreement.

  • Final Evaluation IC must submit a final report and a project evaluation to the Arts Commission within thirty (30) days after the completion of the Services. Any and all unexpended funds from IC must be returned to City no later than sixty (60) days after the completion of the Services.

  • Policy Grievances ‌ Where either party to this agreement disputes the general application, interpretation or alleged violation of an article of this agreement, the dispute shall be discussed initially with the Executive Director or designate or the President of the Union within 14 calendar days of the occurrence. Where no satisfactory agreement is reached, either party, within a further 14 calendar days, may submit the dispute to arbitration.

  • Policy Grievance Where either Party disputes the general application, interpretation or alleged violation of an article of this Agreement, the dispute shall be discussed initially with the Employer or the Union, as the case may be, within thirty (30) days of the occurrence. Where no satisfactory agreement is reached, either Party may submit the dispute to arbitration, as set out in Article 10.
