District Maintenance. The District is permitted, in appropriate coordination with the County, to access and occupy the publicly dedicated ROW per the Plats to perform all activities necessary for the maintenance of the brick-paved crosswalks identified in Exhibit “A”. All improvements are the sole responsibility of the District and not eligible for reimbursement by the County.

District Maintenance. Beginning at Beneficial Use or Substantial Completion for any portion of the Work, District will maintain such portion of the Work and upon Final Completion will maintain the Project, in accordance with the maintenance schedules and procedures recommended by ENGIE Services U.S. and by the manufacturers of the relevant equipment, such maintenance to include maintaining all landscaping (including tree trimming) in and around the Generating Facilities.

District is also responsible for managing the benefitting accounts designated to receive generation credits in regard to the Utility’s RES-BCT tariff to ensure that generation is credited at the preferred rate.
District Maintenance. The District will provide lawn care and snow removal unless the District does not open District buildings because of inclement weather. The monitored fire alarm system has been installed and will be maintained by the District. CAP will be notified and included in fire drills scheduled by Hosea Elementary School. The District will provide a copy of the annual inspection of the fire alarm system for the State Fire Inspector.
District Maintenance. Unless otherwise specified in the Exhibits to this Agreement, District agrees to provide, at its own cost and expense, any and all maintenance for the District Facilities. Maintenance to be provided by District shall be staffed by District personnel, be consistent with normal maintenance levels as applied to other comparable District Facilities and shall insure safe and healthful use. Maintenance to be provided by District shall also include payment by District, at its own cost and expense, any and all utility costs, including without limitation, electricity, water, and refuse removal costs.

  • Project Maintenance The Local Government shall be responsible for maintenance of locally owned roads and locally owned facilities after completion of the work. The State shall be responsible for maintenance of the state highway system after completion of the work if the work was on the state highway system, unless otherwise provided for in existing maintenance agreements with the Local Government.

  • Installation and Maintenance Except for the bi‐directional and production metering equipment owned by the City, all equipment on Customer’s side of the delivery point, including the required disconnect device, shall be provided and maintained in satisfactory operating condition by Customer and shall remain the property and responsibility of the Customer. The City will bear no responsibility for the installation or maintenance of Customer’s equipment or for any damage to property as a result of any failure or malfunction thereof. The City shall not be liable, directly or indirectly for permitting or continuing to allow the interconnection of the Facility or for the acts or omissions of Customer or the failure or malfunction of any equipment of Customer that causes loss or injury, including death, to any party.

  • System Maintenance The Trust understands that USBFS will perform periodic maintenance to the System(s), which may cause temporary service interruptions. To the extent possible, USBFS shall notify the Trust of all planned outages and will perform any necessary maintenance during non-business hours.

  • Operations and Maintenance Pursuant to Section 10.5 of this Agreement, Developer shall pay the reasonable expenses (including overheads) for the operation, maintenance, repair and replacement of Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities and incremental operating and maintenance expenses incurred in association with System Upgrade Facilities, if and to the extent provided for under Attachment S. For Transmission Owner’s Attachment Facilities, such expenses are calculated as follows:

  • Road Maintenance Purchaser shall maintain roads, commensurate with Purchaser’s use, in accor- dance with Road Maintenance Requirements in C5.31 and the Road Maintenance Specifications. Performance of road maintenance work by Purchaser may be required prior to, during, or after each period of use. The timing of work accomplishment shall be based on Purchaser’s Op- erating Schedule under B6.31. When two or more commercial users are simultane- ously using the same road where Forest Service is not requiring maintenance deposits, the commercial users will develop maintenance responsibilities and arrangements for accomplishing the work. Forest Service must agree to this plan. If the commercial users cannot agree on main- tenance responsibilities, Forest Service shall resolve the differences. If Purchaser elects to use different roads than those listed in C5.31, Forest Service shall determine Pur- chaser’s commensurate share of road maintenance and revise road maintenance deposits in C5.32. If Forest Service cannot perform its full commensu- rate share of road maintenance, Forest Service shall make a cash payment to Purchaser for performance of such work. Unless agreed in writing, prehaul maintenance shall be completed on any portion of road prior to hauling on that portion. Maintenance, as used in this contract, does not include road reconstruction or repairs of an extraordi- nary nature.

  • Planned Maintenance (a) Sellers may designate up to twenty (20) Days of Planned Maintenance on Sellers’ Facilities during each Contract Year. Sellers shall be entitled to reduce (including down to zero (0)) its Gas scheduling under Clause 8 and Exhibit 3 for each Day of Planned Maintenance.

  • Construction and Maintenance There are on-going maintenance, renovation and construction projects taking place in and around the residences. The work typically takes place during regular business hours, but may begin earlier or extend into evenings or weekends. On-going construction or renovation projects will continue through midterm and final exam periods. The University will take measures to ensure that prudent construction practices are followed, but there may be noise, dust and temporary interruption of some services. Residents may be required to temporarily or permanently relocate to facilitate construction or renovation to their residence area. There will be no compensation or reduction to your residence fees due to disruption and/or relocation.

  • RECORDS MANAGEMENT AND MAINTENANCE 35 A. CONTRACTOR, its officers, agents, employees and subcontractors shall, throughout the term 36 of this Agreement, prepare, maintain and manage records appropriate to the services provided and in 37 accordance with this Agreement and all applicable requirements.
