The Employer shall include in his/her proposed budget to the County Council sufficient funding for MCFRS to hold one (1) class B driver training class for every twelve (12) individuals holding the rank of Fire Fighter/Rescuer II on July 1. Priority for enrollment shall be based on employees’ seniority numbers, with the lowest number (most senior) having first priority and working toward the highest number (least senior).
