CLASSIFIED DATA. All proposals must be UNCLASSIFIED.
CLASSIFIED DATA. Data controlled under the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”); and
CLASSIFIED DATA. The work performed under this Master Agreement may cover classified national security information and unclassified Military Critical Technology (MCT). All personnel, government and non-government, working with classified material must have an appropriate security clearance and need to know. Any exchange of classified Data with industry shall comply with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, DoD 5200.22-M (February 2006) and the DD-254, DoD Contract Security Classification Specification provided as a separate removable attachment to this Master Agreement. If required, the COLLABORATOR must also be certified by the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to receive
CLASSIFIED DATA. Classified data shall be submitted in accordance with the requirements established in the DD Form 254, Contract Security Classification Specification. The contractor shall contact the Procuring Contracting Officer (PCO) for the mailing address(es) if not specified in Block 14 or 16 of the DD Form 1423-1.
CLASSIFIED DATA. If a system is returned under warranty we cannot guarantee safety of any classified Data. It is the Customer’s responsibility to backup all Data including Application Programs prior to returning any system back to our stores.

If required, the Collaborator must also be certified by the Joint Certification Program (JCP) to receive MCT and Technical Data, as governed by DoD Directive 5230.25, Withholding of Unclassified Technical Data from Public Disclosure. This information must be controlled in accordance with all applicable U.S. export control laws and regulations.
CLASSIFIED DATA. Nothing in this Contract shall modify, supersede, or in any way change present or future policies, pro- cedures, or functions of the Laboratory with regard to the common defense of security of the United States. No classified information shall be revealed except in accordance with the Laboratory’s and the United States Government’s directives. Failure to comply with security regulations shall be a cause for immedi- ate discharge.

CLASSIFIED DATA. Classified reports, data, and documentation shall be prepared for shipment in accordance with National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM), DOD 5220.22-M dated January 1995 with change 1 dated 31 July 1997 and change 2 dated 1 May 2000 and, when applicable, NISPOM Supplement 1 dated February 1995.
CLASSIFIED DATA. If classified data is involved, Subcontractor shall also comply with the National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual, DoD 5220.22-M (NISPOM). Seller represents and warrants that it is a U.S. Person as that term is defined in the ITAR, and that Seller shall comply with all applicable export and import laws and regulations.
