Clean Up Premium. For performing duties outside of the scope of those normally associated with a trade, the Laboratory will pay a 10% premium for employees, who are “HAZ-WOP- PER” trained, for all hours worked (minimum of 4 hours) in the performance of environmental clean-up duties when such clean-up work requires Haz-Wopper trained personnel wearing “level C” or greater personal, protec- tive equipment. For purposes of clarification only, the following are examples of the types of work for which the 10% premium would not be applicable because they are not indicative of environmental clean-up duties. This list is illustrative and is not meant to be all- inclusive: a) Spray painting with epoxy paints b) Boiler water washing c) Pesticide/insecticide application d) Duct cleaning/painting e) Scarifying concrete with surface contamination

If during the first six months of the agreement, there are a significant number of disputes over what types of work are “environmental clean up duties,” the 10% premium will be paid only for activi- ties requiring “level B” or greater personal, protective gear. If the parties cannot agree as to whether or not a “significant number” of disputes occurred, this could be submitted to Federal Mediation for a binding decision. For purposes of clarification only, the following are ex- amples of the types of work for which the 10% premium would not be applicable because they are not indicative of environmental clean up duties.   • Shift Premium Effective July 1, 2020, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95c/ ) per hour for each hour worked between 1500 hours and 0700 hours provided that such hours exceed two (2) hours if worked in conjunction with the day shift.

  • BUYER’S PREMIUM A Buyer’s Premium fee of 10% of the Bid Price or $1,000 Auction Service Fee, whichever amount is greater, will be added to the High Bid amount.   • - Overtime Premium and No Pyramiding Subject to any superior conditions, the overtime rate shall be time and one-half (1-1/2) the employee's straight-time hourly rate. Where an employee is required to work additional overtime contiguous to an overtime shift within a twenty-four (24) hour period, the employee will be compensated at the rate of double time his or her straight time hourly rate for all additional contiguous overtime hours worked. Overtime premium will not be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall other premiums be duplicated nor pyramided nor shall the same hours worked be counted as part of the normal work week and also as hours for which the overtime premium is paid.

  • Weekend Premium An employee shall be paid a weekend premium of one dollar and forty-five cents ($1.45) per hour for each hour worked between 2400 hours Friday to 2400 hours Sunday or such other 48 hour period that the Hospital may establish. If an employee is in receipt of premium payment pursuant to a local scheduling regulation with respect to consecutive weekends worked, he will not receive weekend premium under this provision. Effective June 28, 2005, the weekend premium shall be increased to $1.55 per hour.

  • Night Shift Premium Any employee who is required to work on any day when the majority of their working hours fall between 10.00 p.m. and 5.00 a.m., or who starts their shift prior to 5.00 a.m., shall be paid a premium, in addition to their regular, hourly rate, of one dollar and twenty-five cents ($1.25) per hour for all hours worked on the shift. Shift premium pay shall not be added to an employee’s hourly rate for the purpose of computing overtime. This clause shall not result in duplication of premiums.

  • Prepayment Premium Borrower will be required to pay a prepayment premium in connection with certain prepayments of the Indebtedness, including a payment made after Lender’s exercise of any right of acceleration of the Indebtedness, as provided in the Note.

  • Shift Differential Pay A. Employees shall receive additional compensation at the rate of $.75 per hour for all hours worked on an assigned shift when the majority of the hours worked are between 6:00 p.m. and 7:30 a.m. B. In lieu of compensation set forth in paragraph A above, employees shall receive additional compensation at the rate of $1.50 per hour for all hours worked on a regularly assigned shift when the majority of the hours worked are between 12:00 a.m. and 6:30 a.m.
