Classified AV Service Supervisor 1; Accountant 2, 3; Administrative Assistant 1 – those who were exempt as of February 1, 2002 will remain exempt; all positions added after that date will be bargaining unit eligible; Administrative Assistant 2 – those who were in the bargaining unit as of February 1, 2002 will remain in the bargaining unit; Administrative Assistant 3 – those who were in the bargaining unit as of February 1, 2002 will remain in the bargaining unit; Administrative Secretary 2 – Grants; Building Maintenance Superintendent 1; Data Entry Supervisor 2; Fiscal Officer 1, 2; Fiscal Officer 3; Housekeeping Manager 1, 2; Library Associate 2; Mail Center Supervisor; Office Manager 1, 2; Sales Manager 4; Storekeeper 2, 3; Secretary 1 (One each in each of the following) - the two employees who hold this position in the following departments will remain exempt; there will be no other exempt positions for Secretary 1s in these or any other departments after February 1, 2002; Respiratory Therapy; Secretary 2 (One each in the following departments except as indicated) – the employee who holds this position in the following department will remain exempt; when the position becomes vacant it will become bargaining unit eligible; Nursing Services Administration; Plant Operations & Maintenance; Hospital Administration – one clerical/administrative support position regardless of classification; President’s Office – one clerical/administrative support position regardless of classification; Xxxxxxx’x Office – one clerical/administrative support position regardless of classification
Classified Service An employee will attain permanent status in the classified service upon completion of a probationary review period. For positions designated in-training, Article 4.2 D will govern when permanent status is attained.
Unclassified Service Leave Leave may be granted to any classified employee to accept a position in the unclassified service of the State of Minnesota.
Classified Information In no event shall any of the Copyright Collateral, Patent Collateral or Trademark Collateral include any Copyright, Patent or Trademark, any application for a Copyright, Patent or Trademark, or any license or right under any Copyright, Patent or Trademark that is “classified” for reasons of national security or foreign policy under applicable laws or with respect to which Pledgor is not entitled to pledge, sublicense or assign pursuant to its terms or applicable law or regulation.
Classifications 6.1 Each Employee is classified as assessed by the Employer as follows:
Classification 7.06 Employees who cannot support the Union because of a conscientious objection as determined by the Union’s internal guidelines may apply to the Union in writing.
Grades At the end of each semester, students shall receive a final grade report that shall become a part of their permanent record. The College District’s grading system shall apply to all courses: A (90-100) - Excellent B (80-89) - Good C (70-79) - Average D (60-69) - Poor F (Below 60) - Failure I Incomplete Q Dropped W Dropped Due to Good Cause or Withdrawal from College CR Credit P Pass NP Not Passing FS Academic Fresh Start I - Incomplete: indicates that the coursework was incomplete because of serious illness or other justified emergency. The instructor shall change the grade of “I” to a grade based on the work completed for the course in addition to the work specified in the course completion contract. All incomplete work shall be completed within 90 days of the start of the next long semester. Failure to complete the work specified in the course completion contract shall result in a grade of zero, which shall be factored into the final grade calculation with appropriate weighting relative to other course grades.
Classification Plan (a) The Employer and the Union recognize the need to maintain the principles of Pay Equity to evaluate jobs in the Public Service bargaining unit. The parties also agree to apply the Public Service Job Evaluation Plan in accordance with those principles to all bargaining unit positions using the gender neutral plan factors and degrees in the Public Service Job Evaluation Plan. The Public Service Job Evaluation Plan will be used to evaluate positions in the Main Agreement and to determine their appropriate factor ratings.
TREATMENT PLANS Within a reasonable period of time after the initiation of treatment, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx will discuss with you her working understanding of the problem, treatment plan, therapeutic objectives, and her view of the possible outcomes of treatment. If you have any unanswered questions about any of the procedures used in the course of your therapy, their possible risks, Xxxxxxxxx Xxxxx 's expertise in employing them, or about the treatment plan, please ask and you will be answered fully. You also have the right to ask about other treatments for your condition and their risks and benefits.
Eligible Population 5.1 Program eligibility is determined by applicable law set forth in Program rules and the requirements established in the Program Policy Manual.
