Clerical Staff’s Children. All members of the Union shall be permitted to enroll their children in the Xxxxx Ferry School without tuition, so long as the cost of the education of such children shall not increase the cost for the School District Notwithstanding the above, this provision of the Agreement shall apply only to the non-resident children of unit members who attend District Schools during the 2009-2010 school year for a duration that may include graduation from the high school. Otherwise, this provision shall be unavailable to the members of the bargaining unit.
