Client Browser. Internet Explorer 11; Google Chrome 29.01 or later; Mozilla Firefox 35.01 or later; Safari 6.0.4 or later; Safari for iOS mobile v6.1 or later; Microsoft Edge, Google Chrome for iOS; Google Chrome for Android. Internet Connection. Broadband internet connection recommended. Updates to Minimum Technology Standards. Updates to the Minimum Technology Standards listed will be shared in writing with all Authorized Users a minimum of thirty (30) Calendar Days prior to implementation. It is the responsibility of Contractor to ensure that Authorized Users receive appropriate updates and equipment to meet any updated standard. Project Communications. Contractor will utilize Heron to report work progress and communicate project updates to the City’s Project Manager. Examples of specific reportable items include: formal project communications, project documentation, and other required reports. Invoicing. Contractor will utilize Heron to submit invoicing and status reporting as outlined in the Contract. Document Management. Contractor will ensure that documents are attached to the appropriate Heron process. All documents will be in the form of an Electronic Document unless otherwise directed by the City’s Project Manager. Amendments, Task Orders, and Change Orders. Amendments, Task Orders, and Change Orders may be sent via Heron as Secure Documents for signature. Signature by Contractor is binding once returned. Confidential Information. Material which contains Confidential Information is prohibited from being uploaded to Heron. Alternative Work Product Submissions. Physical Submission. Specific work products (e.g., notarized document) may be required to be submitted in physical form. Any product which must be submitted physically is defined in the Contract or will be defined on issued Task Order(s).

  • Hosting Services 13.1 If Supplier or its subcontractor, affiliate or any other person or entity providing products or services under the Contract Hosts Customer Data in connection with an Acquisition, the provisions of Appendix 1, attached hereto and incorporated herein, apply to such Acquisition.

  • Hosting 46.7.4.1 At CLEC’s request, SBC-SWBT and SBC-AMERITECH shall perform hosting responsibilities for the provision of billable message data and/or access usage data received from CLEC for distribution to the appropriate billing and/or processing location or for delivery to CLEC of such data via SBC-SWBT’s and SBC-AMERITECH’s internal network or the nationwide CMDS network pursuant to the applicable Appendix HOST, which is/are attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference.

  • Customer Content As part of the Services provided under this Agreement, Customer Data will be stored and processed in the data center region specified in the applicable Ordering Document. Axway shall not access Customer Content except in response to support or technical issues where Customer provides Axway with prior Customer’s written authorization required to access such Customer Content. Axway is not responsible for unauthorized access, alteration, theft or destruction of Customer Content arising from Customer’s own or its authorized users’ actions or omissions in contravention of the Documentation. Customer’s ability to recover any lost data resulting from Axway’s misconduct is limited to restoration by Axway from the most recent back-up.

  • Support Services HP’s support services will be described in the applicable Supporting Material, which will cover the description of HP’s offering, eligibility requirements, service limitations and Customer responsibilities, as well as the Customer systems supported.
