Client Christmas Party. Staff participation at the client Christmas party shall be on a voluntary basis. Staff shall be compensated on the basis of straight time off with pay for all hours worked.

Programme Management The Government will establish a programme management office and the Council will be able to access funding support to participate in the reform process.
