The Staff Participation clause outlines the requirements and expectations for the involvement of personnel in a particular project or activity. Staff Participation. Except in emergency circumstances, there shall be a real and continuing involvement of the school staff members prior to the adoption of individual school site work rules and procedures.
Staff Participation. 1. The BERKELEY FIRE DEPARTMENT will select preceptors for paramedic students during the field internship.
2. All preceptors will hold a current state certification as a paramedic and shall be approved by the Alameda County EMS District.
3. Preceptors will assist with the education and evaluation of paramedic students during the field internship.
4. Preceptors will remain employees of the BERKELEY FIRE DEPARTMENT and shall not be considered employees of the TRAINING CENTER.

The parties intend that staff participating in the Legacy Project and the various project groups will work on behalf of the best interests of the Legacy Project, representing not only the best interests of their employer but also of the Legacy Project itself. In that manner, staff will freely communicate and share information with other agency staff and generally support each other with respect to the Legacy Project. Notwithstanding the foregoing, finance and legal staff participating in the Legacy Project and in the various project groups represent solely their employers, as they owe a professional duty of loyalty and a fiduciary duty solely to their respective agencies.

35.01 The Employer agrees to provide OPSSU with three (3) OPSEU delegate credentials to the CLC, three (3) OPSEU delegate credentials to the OFL convention and one (1) OPSEU delegate credential to the NUPGE convention. The Employer will pay all normal expenses associated with attendance at the conventions equivalent to those paid to OPSEU members. OPSSU shall nominate members to the President of OPSEU.
35.02 The President of OPSEU will designate OPSEU staff to participate in various conferences, seminars, etc. as per the current OPSEU policy manual.
35.03 The President and 1st Vice-President of OPSSU shall be assigned to all OPSEU Conventions.
Staff Participation. 1. The Employer recognizes the value and necessity of staff participation and consistent with their job descriptions, the staff shall, collectively with the office’s leadership, implement the policies and programs of the ACLU of Maine.
2. Transparency and Communication with Board of Directors. Regular and open communication and information sharing will strengthen our ability to effectively carry out the ACLU of Maine’s mission. The Board of Directors appreciates hearing directly from staff about their work. The Executive Director may invite unit staff to present their work to the Board of Directors.
a. At one Board meeting per calendar year, the bargaining unit shall be invited to make a presentation related to the work of the organization. The unit will coordinate with the Executive Director on the topics for discussion. All members are invited to attend. At a minimum there must be one (1) representative from the program team and one (1) representative from the finance and operations team.

The personnel assigned by each of the participants to carry out cooperative activities under this Memorandum of Understanding will continue under the leadership of the institution to which they belong, so no employment relationship would be created by the Other, which it would not be considered a supportive employer or substitute.
Staff Participation. In addition to Doctor’s participation in CLARIFYESM as described above, Doctor agrees to cause its staff to engage in the behaviors as described above.
Staff Participation. Staff participation is required for requirements gathering, system configuration, deployment, testing and training in accordance with the scheduled timeline for delivery. Delays in the scheduled timeline due to lack of Staff participation will be the responsibility of the Institution and subject to the terms outlined in 5.f.
