Club Allowance. The Company shall pay or reimburse the Employee for --------------- the monthly or annual dues for a membership by the Employee in one local country club, one out-of-town country club and one business club, each of the Employee's own selection, subject to approval by the Compensation Committee that each such club is an appropriate business venue for furthering the Company's business interest.

Club Allowance. Executive shall be entitled to the annual club allowance prescribed by Section 6.05 hereof until the first anniversary of the Notice Date, as follows: (A) for the calendar year in which the Termination Date occurs, the amount of the allowance shall be the amount specified by Section 6.05 minus the portion of such allowance (if any) already reimbursed for such calendar year; and (B) for any calendar year that begins after the year in which the Termination Date occurs, the amount of the allowance shall be the amount specified by Section 6.05 multiplied by a fraction the numerator of which is the number of calendar months during such calendar year that begin before the first anniversary of the Notice Date and the denominator of which is twelve (12).
Club Allowance. Executive shall be entitled to the annual club allowance prescribed by Section 6.05 hereof until the last day of the period during which Executive is entitled to receive severance payments under Section 7.01(i), as follows: (A) for the calendar year in which the Termination Date occurs, the amount of the allowance shall be the amount specified by Section 6.05 minus the portion of such allowance (if any) already reimbursed for such calendar year; and (B) for any calendar year that begins after the year in which the Termination Date occurs, the amount of the allowance shall be the amount specified by Section 6.05 multiplied by a fraction the numerator of which is the number of calendar months during such calendar year that begin before the last day of the period during which Executive is entitled to receive severance payments under Section 7.01(i), and the denominator of which is twelve (12).

  • Tool Allowance (a) A tool allowance as set in the relevant Wage Tables in Appendix A per week shall be paid for all purposes to:- (i) Electrical workers at Grade EW 5 and beyond; (ii) Electrical workers performing the duties of: (A) Television Antenna Installer/Erector; (B) Television/Radio/Electronic Equipment Servicemen; and (iii) Apprentices - Contained within the relevant Apprentice Wage Rates.

  • Car Allowance The Company shall provide the Executive an automobile allowance of $750 per month during the term of Executive’s employment hereunder.

  • Meal Allowance A shift worker who works a qualifying shift of eight hours or the rostered shift, whichever is the greater, and who is required to work more than one hour beyond the end of the shift (excluding any break for a meal) shall be paid a meal allowance of $7.95, or, at the option of the employer, be provided with a meal.

  • Auto Allowance The Company shall provide to Executive a car allowance in an amount equal to $1,000 per month during the Employment Period.

  • Mileage Allowance The state agrees to seek continued funding to provide for the payment of a mileage allowance for the use of privately owned vehicles for official travel at the rate provided in section 112.061(7)(d)1., F.S.

  • Training Allowance Operators who are required by the Employer to provide training to a specified level and to certify to the competency of the employees so trained shall receive twelve dollars ($12) per day while training. In such cases, the most senior qualified operator with the capability to provide training in the required class of equipment shall be given the opportunity to provide such training.

  • Aid Allowance An employee who has been appointed by the Employer and trained to render first aid and who is the current holder of appropriate first aid qualifications such as a certificate from the St. Xxxx's Ambulance or similar body shall be paid weekly an allowance as detailed in Appendix A. The Employer will always appoint the appropriate number of First Aid Officers as required by relevant legislation and Code of Practice.

  • Housing Allowance During the Employment Period, Executive shall be entitled to receive a Cayman Islands housing allowance of US $6,000 per month. Executive will be responsible for any taxes due on such allowance.

  • Vacation Allowance Employees in permanent positions are entitled to vacation with pay. Accrual is based upon straight time hours of working time per calendar month of service and begins on the date of appointment to a permanent position. Increased accruals begin on the first of the month following the month in which the employee qualifies. Accrual for portions of a month shall be in minimum amounts of one (1) hour calculated on the same basis as for partial month compensation pursuant to Section 5.6 of this MOU. Vacation credits may be taken in one (1) minute increments but may not be taken during the first six (6) months of employment (not necessarily synonymous with probationary status) except where sick leave has been exhausted; and none shall be allowed in excess of actual accrual at the time vacation is taken.

  • Education Allowance Provisions in existing Collective Agreements providing for educational allowances shall be continued in effect.
