Co-operation and consultation. In order to facilitate the achievement of the objectives set out in the statutory texts pertaining to each Institution and to ensure effective co-ordination of their activities, the I.A.O. and the PAP agree to cooperate closely and to consult each other regularly on matters of mutual interest. This cooperation may, subject to the foregoing, take several forms, including representation, mutual participation in conferences and meetings, exchange of information and consultation on programs.
Co-operation and consultation. A Steering Committee has been established that includes members representing the Trustee, Environment Australia, Queensland Environment Protection Agency, and local landholders. The terms of reference for the Steering Committee is to be agreed by the Commonwealth, QEPA and the Trustee. Its responsibilities will include overseeing the establishment of the Conservation Park, the development and implementation of the Plan of Management, monitoring management effectiveness, and endorsing all reports prior to their release to Environment Australia and others. Day-to-day management of the Park will be the responsibility of the Trustee. The Steering Committee will meet a minimum of twice annually, although additional meetings of a formal or informal nature may be held as necessary by arrangement. The Xxxxxx Bay Sub Committee, in consultation with EA and EPA representatives, will compile an agenda approximately two weeks before each meeting. The Steering Committee will consult over measures to facilitate local community involvement in the planning and management of the Park and the integration of management of the Park with that of the Xxxxxx Bay Nature Refuge and Magnetic Island National Park. These will include measures for: Park neighbours and the wider community to be informed of issues relating to the conservation significance of the Park and the potential impact of surrounding land uses; and local community involvement in the management of priority weed species and areas in Xxxxxx Bay Conservation Park.

The Commission and the Centre agree that with a view to facilitating the effective attainment of the objectives set forth in their respective constitutional instruments, they will act in close co-operation with each other and will consult each other regularly in regard to matters of common interest.
2. The Commission and the Centre agree to co-operate closely with regard to meteorological requirements for supporting the Commission’s activities and with regard to the exchange of meteorological observations and transport modelling, and to establish specific procedures to that end in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement.
Co-operation and consultation. The Parties will co-operate to ensure that the purpose of this Agreement is fully accomplished. To this end, they will at the request of any of the Parties exchange views on the implementation of the Programme and the performance of their respective obligations hereunder.

Each Party shall give the other Party prompt notice of any threatened or pending claim or proceeding against either or both Parties relating to the infringement described in Article 13.1 above. In the event of such notice and at the request of either Party, the Parties shall consult with each other regarding how to proceed with respect to such claim or proceeding. Neither Party shall make any settlement with respect to any such claim or proceeding which might give rise to liability to the other Party without giving prior written notice to that other Party.

The JRC and the Centre agree to co-operate closely with regard to activities supporting their missions, and to establish specific procedures to that end in accordance with the provisions of this Agreement. Appropriate arrangements shall be made by agreement from time to time for the reciprocal representation of the JRC and the Centre at other meetings convened under their respective auspices, which consider matters in which the other organization has an interest.
Co-operation and consultation. Each Party shall give the other Party prompt notice of any threatened or pending claim or proceeding against either or both Parties relating to a claim of infringement described In Clause 13.1 above. In the event of such notice and at the request of either Party, CELGENE shall assume control as stated in Clause 13.3 below, but agrees to consult with EOAI regarding how to proceed with respect to such claim or proceeding.
