Reciprocal representation. 1. Representatives of the Association shall be invited to attend the regular sessions of the Commission and may participate without vote in the deliberations of that body and, where appropriate, of its working groups with respect to items on their agenda which are of common interest for the Commission and the Association. 2. Representatives of the Commission shall be invited to attend the regular sessions of the Association and may participate without vote in its deliberations and, where appropriate, of its committees with respect to items on their agenda which are of common interest for the Association and the Commission. 3. Appropriate arrangements shall be made by agreement from time to time for the reciprocal representation of the Commission and the Association at other meetings convened under their respective auspices, which consider matters in which the other organization has an interest.

Reciprocal representation. 1. Subject to the applicable provisions of the Rules of Procedure and Evidence of the Court (“the Rules of Procedure and Evidence”), the Secretary-General of the United Nations (“the Secretary-General”) or his/her representative shall have a standing invitation to attend public hearings of the Xxxxxxxx of the Court that relate to cases of interest to the United Nations and any public meetings of the Court. 2. The Court may attend and participate in the work of the General Assembly of the United Nations in the capacity of observer. The United Nations shall, subject to the rules and practice of the bodies concerned, invite the Court to attend meetings and conferences convened under the auspices of the United Nations where observers are allowed and whenever matters of interest to the Court are under discussion. 3. Whenever the Security Council considers matters related to the activities of the Court, the President of the Court (“the President”) or the Prosecutor of the Court (“the Prosecutor”) may address the Council, at its invitation, in order to give assistance with regard to matters within the jurisdiction of the Court.

Representatives of the World Health Organization shall be invited to attend the meetings of the Economic and Social Council of the United Nations (hereinafter called the Council) and of its commissions and com- mittees, and to participate, without vote, in the deliberations of these bodies with respect to items on their agenda relating to health matters. 3. Representatives of the World Health Organization shall be invited to attend the meetings of the Trusteeship Council, and to participate, without vote, in the deliberations thereof with respect to items on the agenda relat- ing to matters within the competence of the World Health Organization. 6. Written statements of the World Health Organization shall be distrib- uted by the Secretariat of the United Nations to all Members of the General Assembly, the Council and its commissions and the Trusteeship Council as appropriate. Similarly, written statements presented by the United Nations shall be distributed by the World Health Organization to all members of the World Health Assembly or the Executive Board, as appropriate.
Reciprocal representation. Where possible, the Parties will extend to each other invitations for participation in all meetings, seminars and conferences during which matters of common interest are to be discussed and where observers are allowed.
Reciprocal representation. (1) The Republic of Austria and the Republic of Malta represent each other in the processing of visa applications and the granting of standardised visas, valid for the territory of all signatory countries of the Agreement of 19th June 1990 on the realisation of the Schengen Acquis of 14th June 1985 on the gradual abolition of checks at their common borders (Schengen Convention). (2) The posts, where a representation according to para (1) will be established, are attached to this agreement. Any modification of the attachment will be effected through the exchange of notes.

Appropriate arrangements shall be made by agreement from time to time for the reciprocal representation of the International Labour Organisa- tion and the World Health Organization at other meetings convened under their respective auspices which consider matters in which the other organi- zation has an interest.

Written statements presented by the United Nations shall be distributed by the secretariat of the World Tourism Organization to the members of the above-mentioned bodies, in accordance with the relevant rules of procedure. 2. Representatives of the World Tourism Organization shall be invited to attend meetings and to participate, without the right to vote and in accordance with the relevant rules of procedure, in the deliberations of the Economic and Social Council, its commissions and its committees, of the Main Committees and other organs of the General Assembly and of the conferences and meetings of the United Nations, with respect to items on their agenda relating to matters within the scope of the activities of the World Tourism Organization and other matters of mutual interest. Written statements presented by the World Tourism Organization shall be distributed by the Secretariat of the United Nations to the members of the above-mentioned bodies, in accordance with the relevant rules of procedure. 3. Representatives of the World Tourism Organization shall be invited, for purposes of consultation, to attend meetings of the General Assembly when matters defined in paragraph 2 of the present article are under consideration.
