COLLECTION EXPENSE. If we ever have to file a lawsuit to collect what you owe us, you will pay our reasonable expenses, including attorney’s fees.

But we won’t pay any attorney fees for amounts recovered or recoverable by us from another insurance company through intercompany arbitration agreements. OUT-OF-STATE COVERAGE We do not increase policy limits or the scope of benefits under Part III – Medical Payments to comply with minimum requirements of any other state or province in which an insured has an accident.
COLLECTION EXPENSE. Borrower agrees to pay, in addition to all the sums payable hereunder, the Lender’s reasonable expenses of collection, including without limitation, court fees and reasonable attorneys’ fees and disbursements, whether or not suit is brought and through all appeals.

GOVERNING LAW This Agreement is governed by the Bylaws of the Credit Union, federal laws and regulations, and the laws and regulations of the State of Alaska. Any disputes regarding this Agreement shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the court of the municipality in which the Credit Union is located.
COLLECTION EXPENSE. The Company is not liable to the Agency for any costs or expenses incurred by the Agency in collecting an assigned account. All such costs and expenses shall be borne solely by the Agency and shall not be deducted from payments made to the Company.
