Working Parties. 1.1.1 Ara and TEU agree to set up:
a) working parties upon receipt of a request to do so from either party to deal with as expeditiously as possible matters relating to:
I. salaries and allowances paid by Xxx to academic staff; and/or
II. conditions of employment of academic staff employed by Ara.
b) To examine and recommend how an employee party to this agreement gains the position, title and remuneration of a Principal Academic Staff Member (PASM). This term will include but not be limited to:
I. the wording and impact of clauses in the agreement and in particular Parts 3 & 4 as previously raised, excluding any changes that may be agreed as part of the current negotiations, and
II. the relevant/relative references to Schedule A
c) The respective parties will be entitled to have a minimum of two maximum four representatives to form the working party. The employer representatives will be determined by the Chief Executive. The TEU representatives will be determined by the local TEU branch.
d) Any agreements reached by the working parties will be ratified by TEU members.
e) Time will be made available to TEU members to enable effective participation in the working parties.
Working Parties. Xxx and XXXXX agree to set up during the term of the Agreement the following working parties:
(a) A working party to define the terms “supervisory” and “management” and clarify the implications for coverage. To be completed within the term of the agreement. Working party to comprise TIASA National, TIASA Field Officer and Ara Director Corporate Services – or delegates.
(b) It is agreed to establish a tri-partite project that will include TIASA, Ara and Strategic Pay to consider a modern and relevant replacement set of salary scales using the Strategic Pay evaluation system. Project terms of reference to be established between the parties. This Agreement was signed by the parties as follows: for and on behalf of …………………………….. Working Parties. The parties agree to review the matters set out in Schedule G, in good faith and in a timely manner and for this purpose, a working party shall be established consisting of representatives of each of the parties.
Working Parties. 16.1.1 The employer and AASC agree to set up working parties as required during the term of the Agreement.

The form and function of the working parties shall be as agreed between the Aviation Security Service and NUPE, E tū and PSA, under the oversight of the National Consultative Committee.
Working Parties. The Council may also set up working parties as it considers appropriate to advise it on matters as it sees fit.
Working Parties. ATSS will provide staff representatives for LLAN ICT and other working parties or steering groups as required.
Working Parties. The Parties to this Agreement have agreed to use Working Parties made up of a representative sample of employee representatives and management to facilitate the evaluation and implementation of Corporate and Site objectives aimed at ensuring that Kraft is a strong growing Company able to compete effectively both domestically and internationally. The objectives, scope, budget, role of each participant, numbers and timelines of each Working Party will be established through the JCC. In consideration of Working Party effectiveness, including access to non-Company locations, it is envisaged the Working Parties will be limited to the lowest practicable numbers. Proxies and rotation of roles may be utilised where appropriate. The matters for consideration of Working Parties include, but are not limited to, the implementation of: • Corporate objectives, which will have application across all of the Company’s sites. In some situations it may be deemed appropriate that a trial for a specified period occur at one particular site before implementation at other sites occurs. • Site objectives, which will be determined by the Company annually in consultation with the JCC and HS&W committees (where applicable). These objectives may relate to the achievement of key goals or measures in areas such as Health & Safety, Quality, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Environment.
Working Parties. Each Working Party comprises representatives of The Signatory Authorities competent for the items discussed in the Working Party, and is set up by, and accountable to, the Steering Committee. There are three permanent Working Parties. The Working Parties interact with representatives of The Markets or The Benchmark Administrators on a variety of operational issues relevant to more than one of The Markets or of The Benchmark Administrators, and provide recommendations for decision at Steering Committee level. The Steering Committee may also, from time to time, establish new Working Parties, or institute temporary task forces, to review particular issues as necessary.
Working Parties. The Board may appoint a working party or parties to consider matters relevant to the Board to which it may appoint any Conservator and co-opt others and shall proceed on the following terms: each working party shall have clear terms of reference and objectives to be determined by the Board; the duration and size of the working party shall be decided by the Board at the time of its appointment; the Clerk and / or the Director may be a member of all working parties; an interim report from the working party shall be made to the Board by a Member or the Clerk at a time to be agreed, and a final report shall be made at the end of the working party’s terms of reference.
