Common Provisions to Articles I and II. 1. The Parties undertake to ensure the execution of works, which they might be obliged to execute, in a reasonable period of time. In case either Party fails to execute the necessary works (ensure the execution thereof) in spite of a reminder and stipulation of additional period in a timely manner, the other Party shall be entitled to commission the execution of urgent works at the expense of the Party, which failed to meet its obligation.
