Communication during Maternity Leave. If the Employer makes a decision that will have a significant effect on the status, responsibility level, pay or location of an employee’s position whilst on maternity leave, the Employer must take all reasonable steps to give the employee information about, and an opportunity to discuss, the effect of the decision on that position. An employee shall also notify the Employer of changes of address or other contact details that might affect the Employer’s capacity to comply with subclause 6.15.11(a).
