Communication Electrician. Communication Electrician shall be a Jour- xxxxxx Electrician as defined under the On- tario College of Trades and Apprenticeship Act or any successor legislation. In addition to being capable of directing other Employees they shall be fully qualified in all facets of the trade and have completed one of the follow- ing recognized training programs:
Communication Electrician. A Communications Electrician may take a posi- tion as a Senior Technician and may be paid in accordance with the Senior Technician wage schedule. Apprentice Wiremen may take a posi- tion as a Technician and may be paid in accor- dance with the Technician wage schedule. and double (2) time for any hours worked in excess of eight (8) hours. All hours worked in excess of the regular hours as set out in 1305 shall be paid as follows: Monday through Friday Time and one half (1 l/2) the applicable wage rate for the first two (2) hours and double (2) time thereafter.

The Company has no obligation to monitor the Communication Services. However, the Company reserves the right to review materials posted to a Communication Service and to remove any materials in its sole discretion. The Company reserves the right to terminate your access to any or all of the Communication Services at any time without notice for any reason whatsoever. The Company reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any applicable law, regulation, legal process or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove any information or materials, in whole or in part, in the Company’s sole discretion. Always use caution when giving out any personally identifying information about yourself in any Communication Service. The Company does not control or endorse the content, messages or information found in any Communication Service and, therefore, the Company specifically disclaims any liability with regard to the Communication Services and any actions resulting from your participation in any Communication Service. Managers and hosts are not authorized the Company spokespersons, and their views do not necessarily reflect those of the Company. Materials uploaded to a Communication Service may be subject to posted limitations on usage, reproduction and/or dissemination. You are responsible for adhering to such limitations if you upload the materials.
