Community Advisory Council. There shall be one Community Advisory Council member who shall serve a two-year term and be selected by the current Policy Board Member and their alternative. The pool of Community Advisory Committee applicants shall include all registered voters residing in the cities of San Xxxx Obispo and Morro Bay. The City currently providing the Policy Board representative shall conduct the Community Advisory Council selection process. The Community Advisory Council member does not need to be from the same city as the Policy Board member and the parties agree that the seat should rotate informally among the three cities.

Community Advisory Council. Northwestern shall meet at least twice annually with the Community Advisory Council (as hereinafter defined), unless such meetings are reduced and/or such Community Advisory Council is terminated in writing by the City. The purpose of the Community Advisory Council shall be to review the Traffic Management Plan and Security Plan and their updates, as provided for above, receive updates on Northwestern’s M/WBE hiring during construction and to gather and disseminate information regarding the operation of Ryan Field from neighborhood residents to Northwestern and the City, and vice versa. As used herein, the “Community Advisory Council” means a council composed of three (3) members appointed by Northwestern staff and three (3) members appointed by City staff. Such members shall be appointed in accordance with such rules as Northwestern and the City may from time to time agree.
Community Advisory Council. (CAC). RAE shall support TCMC’s establishment of a Community Advisory Council (“CAC”) as reasonably requested by TCMC, and shall provide TCMC with data, reports and information related to CAC activities as reasonably requested by TCMC.
Community Advisory Council. Each signatory to the community agreement shall appoint an individual to serve as a member on the Council. Midas Gold shall provide sufficient administrative support to the Council and Midas Gold’s Representative shall serve as interim Chair of the Council. However, as soon as practicable the Council shall elect, by simple majority vote, one representative to serve as chair of the Council. This election will happen on an annual basis. The Council shall meet monthly and serve as a conduit to provide regular updates to the leadership and citizens of the West Central Mountain Communities regarding the meetings, the Stibnite Gold Project and the implementation of the community agreements. At the meetings, the Council shall discuss project-related issues and topics, which may include:
Community Advisory Council. In accordance with the Structural Agreement, OCF has established and will maintain a Community Advisory Council (the “CAC”). The CAC currently consists of not less than 10 nor more than 20 members. The CAC will broadly represent the community in terms of culture, ethnicity, geography, age and socio-economic level. The CAC will meet at least quarterly quarterly to facilitate outreach efforts such as town hall meetings, and to advise and make recommendations to OCF regarding free programming and educational outreach efforts and such other matters related to CAC’s mission. Recommendations from the CAC will be considered by the OCF Board at the public portion of an OCF Board meeting. The CAC membership will include a number of members proportionate to the City Percentage appointed by the Mayor of Madison and confirmed by the Common Council, provided, however, that the number of members appointed by the City shall be at least two (2). A vacancy among the members of the CAC appointed by the City shall not be counted for the purpose of determining any quorum requirements that may apply to the CAC. As established in the Structural Agreement, the City Percentage is defined as the proportion of the City's net financial contribution to the total annual operating expenses of the Overture Center.

The Community Advisory Council will make recommendations for further updates to the Plans or for additional actions by the City with respect thereto. As used herein, the “Community Advisory Council” means a council composed of three (3) members appointed by Northwestern and three (3) members appointed the City. Such members shall be appointed in accordance with such rules as Northwestern and the City may from time to time agree.
Community Advisory Council. Without limiting the other obligations in this Agreement, FCC and the Developer will meet with the Community Advisory Council in a good faith, reasonable effort to develop strategies for implementation of the policies and programs set forth in this Agreement, and to discuss the Project and the Project’s impact on the City generally and the West End specifically. Such meetings shall occur quarterly until the Completion of the FCC Stadium and semi-annually thereafter, or less frequently if mutually agreed by the Community Advisory Council and FCC. At such meetings, any representative on the Community Advisory Council or FCC may raise issues related to implementation of this Agreement in an effort to facilitate open dialogue, resolve implementation challenges, and advance the goals of the City and FCC regarding the Project. The City shall ensure that all representatives of the Community Advisory Council are appropriate individuals for issues to be discussed.

  • ADVISORY COUNCIL An Advisory Council consisting of the superintendent of each participating District, or his/her designee is hereby created. The purpose of such Advisory Council is to monitor the performance of this Agreement, amend this Agreement (with concurrence of all parties affected), and terminate this Agreement as provided in Section IX. Activities of the Advisory Council shall take place as needed, called by a majority of its members or by the Superintendent of the NWESD, or his/her designee. Decisions by the Advisory Council will be made by a vote of greater than fifty percent (50%) of a quorum. A quorum is defined as at least fifty percent (50%) of the representatives appointed to the Advisory Council. Participation may occur via technological participation, including email providing at least seven (7) calendar days prior written notice was provided to each District superintendent or designee.

  • Advisory Board (a) The Managing Member may establish an Advisory Board comprised of members of the Managing Member’s expert network and external advisors. The Advisory Board will be available to provide guidance to the Managing Member on the strategy and progress of the Company. Additionally, the Advisory Board may: (i) be consulted with by the Managing Member in connection with the acquisition and disposal of a Series Asset, (ii) conduct an annual review of the Company’s acquisition policy, (iii) provide guidance with respect to, material conflicts arising or that are reasonably likely to arise with the Managing Member, on the one hand, and the Company, a Series or the Economic Members, on the other hand, or the Company or a Series, on the one hand, and another Series, on the other hand, (iv) approve any material transaction between the Company or a Series and the Managing Member or any of its Affiliates, another Series or an Economic Member (other than the purchase of interests in such Series), (v) provide guidance with respect to the appropriate levels of annual fleet level insurance costs and maintenance costs specific to each individual Series Asset, and review fees, expenses, assets, revenues and availability of funds for distribution with respect to each Series on an annual basis and (vi) approve any service providers appointed by the Managing Member in respect of the Series Assets.
