Community Leave. Special community leave may be granted to staff to enable them to perform a service to the community. This leave applies only to activities which are not regarded as duty and which are not covered by other forms of available leave. The length of the period of leave granted will vary depending upon the circumstances. However, the leave is to be limited to the minimum time necessary in each circumstance.
