Compensation for Accrued Sick Leave. An employee or employee's estate shall be entitled to receive a cash payout equal to 60% of the value of their accrued unused sick leave credit, from July 1, 1974 forward, computed from the last base wage of the employee, including all base monthly special assignment and incentive pay.
