Common use of Compensation for Loss of Employee Tools Clause in Contracts

Compensation for Loss of Employee Tools. The Employer will replace all employee tools lost or stolen while stored in a room, building, premises, job, workshop, Employer vehicle or in a lock, up to a value as specified in Appendix A. Where evidence is produced by the employee that they have suffered a greater loss, the Employer shall pay the additional amount.

C. Where satisfactory evidence is produced by the employee Employee that they have suffered a greater loss, the Employer Company shall pay the additional amount.

(i) The Employer Company will replace all employee Employee tools lost or stolen while stored at the direction of the Company in a room, building, premises, job, workshop, Employer Company vehicle or in a locklocker, up to a maximum value as specified in Appendix A. of no more than $2000. Where satisfactory evidence is produced by the employee Employee that they have suffered a greater loss, the Employer Company shall pay the additional amount.

B. Where evidence is produced by the employee that they have suffered a greater loss, the Employer shall pay the additional amount.

Where evidence is produced by the employee that they have suffered a greater loss, the Employer shall pay the additional amount.

The Employer will replace all any employee tools lost or that are stolen while whilst stored in a locked tool box, room, building, premises, job, or workshop, at a clients premises or from an Employer vehicle or in a lockvehicle, up to a value as specified in Appendix A. B. Where evidence is produced by the employee that they have suffered a greater loss, the Employer shall pay the additional amount. Any claim must be accompanied by a police report of the theft.

(a) The Employer will replace all employee Employee tools stolen or lost or stolen while stored at the Employer’s direction in a room, building, premises, job, workshop, or secured Employer vehicle or in a locklockup, up to a value as specified in Appendix A. Where evidence is produced by the employee that they have suffered a greater loss, the Employer shall pay the additional amountof $1,600.00.
