Common use of Compensatory Time Off (CTO) Clause in Contracts

Compensatory Time Off (CTO). 1. Employees working overtime will be eligible to accrue Compensatory Time Off (CTO) in lieu of receiving overtime compensation for each hour of overtime worked.
